Poppy Parrot
Poppy the parrot

Picked pus from a pimple’s peak

but then Poppy pricked Poe’s pajama pole

Patrolman Pat picked Poppy up by his beak

Prisoned Poppy pleads for parole

and pecks popcorn and crumbs all week...

Freedom Reigns
You can’t catch up to history
its ship no longer sails
Each chapter prisoned by the wind
times trilogy airmailed

To search within your destiny
the moments turn to gold
Where bookends fall and freedom reigns
—beyond the past retold

A Child's Dream
At nine when I go to bed
I find many pictures in my head
Castles with dragons prowling around
Gardens where magic fruits are found
Fair ladies prisoned in a tower
Or lost in an enchanted bower
While horsemen ride by stream
That border all this land of dream
I find so clearly in my head
At nine when I go to bed....

8pm
(Series: Half of the dream broke with her)

Let my lines possess you to tipsiness,
Scatter your night - make you slum,
& when the night comes
Look at the sky & smile
I long to find my other half - just like the moon.
Let me rest my life on your chest
Break the silence with my feelings.
I’m a pulse - but you’re a throbbing pulse
That revive the corner of my prisoned soul....

Falcon
I watched as you departed for your voyage,
You spread your wings wide
Ready for take off.

Go! And let yourself perish into that clouds.
Leave this cage that prisoned you
For so long.
Hear the cry of agony of your fellow.
Unravel the chain that holding your comrades
To fight back.

Let out that tears that threatens to flow
But not for lamenting
But for joy
Of breaking free....

Never Give Up
my memories
of you fade...
weakening by the
hour...
needing your
love and power
I begin to pray...
fire gobbled
up my faith
and chains
prisoned my heart
giving up on
you...
yet you've never
given up on me...
every sin
that binds me
to the devil
you love me
more
each prayer
I say
breaks a link
from the chain
the devil
casted on me
I slowly
regain my faith
for the one
who will love
no matter what
path I take...

Raging Mind
Mind raging out of control.
Feelings of being prisoned has taken toll.
With only thoughts and visions as my friend,
wondering when does it stop and where does it end.
Emotions of all sorts but emotionally unstrong,
trying to figure out where in life I truelly belong.
Like a back without a bone, or a voice without a tone,
to scared to go, to scared to stay,
my mind still raging this very day.

Prisoned Thoughts
When she tried to talk noone would listen
Her mind was her own prison
Everthing she thought was locked away
By that voice who said, "Who cares what you say"
Her mind was filled with thoughts and dreams
That was the only reason for her eyes to gleam
And when she smiled her tantalizing smile
It was only there for a moments while
For she knew there would be a day
That people would listen to what she had to say...

Gleam of Moon
Gleam of this moon ignites my hope..
Hours by hours waves are crashing onto seashore..
Under the aghsat of this dark..
Yet my hopes are not still anymore..
I’m prisoned under this prison..
Thirst of eyes is waiting for no one..
Though somehow somewhere its waiting for someone..
When I walk along with this..
I destines myself to nowhere..
Stormy night burying me under this liard dark..
Yet to wait someone is my grope.....

Alone
you were always alone
missing was the realization
sadness and complaint
when the skies are grey what good is rainbow paint
you can either faint or patiently eye heaviness faint
some search for answers some look for questions
now the question is how to use the key
some answers are nothing but more questions
portable light and a stationary butterfly
shape of the lantern
prisoned is the pattern
now say bye to your reflection
who needs shades for protection
