Pollinators
Colourful is the wind
Just blew this way.
Promotes as much propels
A blooming day....

An Iris Flower
Beautiful iris flower,
Some petals folded down ,
Instead,

Many are upright, however,
Making a pretty crown
Indeed!

Tantalising architecture,
Fragrence in profound,
Appealed !

Nectar lover pollinators,
Straying all around,
Hurried!...

Beauty
Why do we always admire rose for its appearance?
Why don't we explore other flowers that can strike our lungs with its sweet smell?
Explore like the pollinators do
And smell that unnamed little flower in the dark.
Now say, where does beauty lies?...

a campfire kiss
ignites love's conflagration
                                   .......mosquitoes hover

tan lines and tee shirts
sun block SPF 50
                     ....a slippery slope

sensual moments
a pollinators duty
                     ......unrequited love

Our Choice
OUR CHOICE

this is the winter of our discontent
the four horsemen ride exultant
slaughter in churches
bombed nurseries
corrupt legislators
pollinators dying for lack of forage
all the sun’s blessings can not
disguise our disintegration

small acts of gentleness
saving horses
and tiny piglets from factory farms
a touch of hands
or smile on the phone
keep the choking smoke away
we are the lucky ones
who see these distant fires
signaling from hill to hill...

Premium Member Blue
Blue the color of the brilliant boundless sky
To look at the heavens with a heartfelt sigh.

Blue of the vast briny ocean
Teeming with marine life always in motion.

Blue feathers of an iridescent hummingbird,
Large Blue Macaw parrot or beautiful musical bluebird.

Blue spring vibrant Empire Blue Butterfly Bush
   Attracting winged pollinators scented cush.

Blue color gives out a feel of peace, tranquility,
   And quiescence serenity.
