God Get Rid of Trump

God Get Rid of Trump

Made Trump president and it did madden;
Then seemed so silent and would sadden;
Perturb,
And disturb;
Should get rid of Trump and us gladden.

Trump Became Erotic Economist

Trump Became Erotic Economist

Trump soon became  an erotic economist;
Has added many more lies to his long list;
Does perturb,
And should curb;
Remove him from office is what we insist.

Faith serves as ballast anchoring my calmest self - stress loves to perturb my still. Faith holes make punctures leaving me to drown at sea - stress floats to watch me drown.

Premium Member Thirteen Confuses Me

Her orange ways disturb me
Perturb me, confuse me,
Make me crazy

Her shrouded secrets
Concern me, keep me at a distance
Shut me down soundly and I am her mother!

Her striped attitude worries me
I fear what I do not understand.
And I do not understand thirteen.

Premium Member Worries

unspoken,unsaid
swirl,whirl
ripple,ruffle
tease,torture
delve,funnel
foreboding burrows,
in narrow tunnels;

Fazed,crazed
imagined fancies,
unnerve,unsettle
weigh down
upset perturb;
abound and tease
with imagined dis-ease.

Premium Member A Grand Tiger I Am

A grand tiger I am. My stripes are superb.
You need to leave me alone. I’m quick to perturb.
I’m king of the wild. A carnivore beast.
God’s molded me and made me top drawer at least.
A bragger, a boaster, now who would not be?
I’m all that and pure yellow, with stripes you can see.

Doubted Than Shouted and Pouted

when we had doubted
many bad names were shouted
perturb and pouted

for words complete loss
that created much chaos
in bed turn and toss

rather repugnant
as well as being pungent
must be confidant

should see game scoreboard
see looked forward and toward
won when most points scored

Premium Member Florida Man 15

A Florida man in the ‘burbs has BnB plans that perturb. His neighbors don’t wanna see more wild iguanas; how’s a lizard to get him some herb? ----------
A man in Florida is at odds with his neighbors over feeding/encouraging the wild iguanas, which are deemed a nuisance, and wanting to open an AirBnB so other come enjoy the 'experience'...

Memories

At early dawn, the view’s superb.
Sat upon my bed scrolling thru
My phone’s pictures, I got perturb.
Your brightest smile widespread imbue,
On obituary reverb.
Life seldom gives joy alone too,
So I’ll cherish your life reverb.
With tears of peace, I will construe,
Your gallant life acclaim the verb
Of possibility pursue,
Peace of divinity superb,
Giving hope in painful adieu.

Premium Member For Thinking People

“Let not your heart be troubled” is fine advice For celery, artichokes, and very elusive mice, But in today’s troubled world it will not suffice For thinking people! “Don’t Worry, Be Happy!” is a mantra superb When all’s right with the world, it’s a good blurb, But the situation right now causes much perturb For thinking people!

Crack

Why do you seek
That which is yet seen
And find within not
That which is unseen

Will you not pother
Over that you can reach
Perturb the one
Within your touch

But be that where
Your sight is redundant
Steadily presents the chance
To cerebrate stats of your being

You are defenceless
To what your eyes can't pierce
Why not do
With that you can feel

Live on
Progress on life

The Man Suffers

Post-term pregnancy perturb my health,
For to put to bed, in this place, is sacrilege.
The king has made ready his swords
For the neck of him, who dare to birth.
Known truth is a pregnancy, seeking escape

Into the world of obscurity.
Truth like the light detained under bushel
Is seeking manifestation, to make man free
From the yoke of the cruel slave lords.
The man suffers, that hoards the truth.

Sylvia

SYLVIA

I hear they have placed
A pretty blue plaque
High above your flat
So that tourists can find you
And say that this is the spot
Where you killed yourself.

Lucky girl, you modern Sappho
To take the quantum leap
Like a comet to take your place
Among the darkest regions of empty space
With a brilliance that few can keep
And even less the mind to know
Where no dull planet can perturb you
As fallen flowers have no faces.

New York Fast

I go to bed early;
Can’t drink too much wine.
They offer me seats on the bus.
(I decline.)

But when I’m out walking
I am unsurpassed
And proud that my gait
Still remains New York fast.

I zigzag past tourists
And step off the curb
When someone’s slow pace
Right in front does perturb.

I’m not in a rush
But the way that I move
Is how New Yorkers do it
When they’re in the groove.

So outta my way
And prepare to be passed
For as long as I’m able,
I’ll be New York fast!
