For Thinking People

“Let not your heart be troubled” is fine advice
For celery, artichokes, and very elusive mice,
But in today’s troubled world it will not suffice
For thinking people!

“Don’t Worry, Be Happy!” is a mantra superb
When all’s right with the world, it’s a good blurb,
But the situation right now causes much perturb
For thinking people!

Bill Baker March 15, 2022 at 11:12 PM I still think not worrying is better for me in the long run. No use killing myself from the inside over things I have no control over.
