Saute two filet mignon wrapped in bacon

I’ve just made some bubble and squeak
Fried leftover food, it’s unique
I add cooked green sprouts
In massive amounts
No wonder I fart for a week!
*Bubble and squeak is a traditional British dish (made with left over vegetables and meat from Christmas dinner which are fried together). Mine contained, roasted parsnips, cauliflower, broccoli, roast and boiled potatoes, sprouts and some chopped turkey. Every time you make it it's different.
