Wind Warning

I’ve just made some bubble and squeak
Fried leftover food, it’s unique
I add cooked green sprouts
In massive amounts
No wonder I fart for a week!

*Bubble and squeak is a traditional British dish (made with left over vegetables and meat from Christmas dinner which are fried together). Mine contained, roasted parsnips, cauliflower, broccoli, roast and boiled potatoes, sprouts and some chopped turkey. Every time you make it it's different.

I don't like turkey but cooked a little bit with the beef yesterday and as all the beef was gone i chopped the remainder up and added it to the mix and it was really delicious. I cooked some extra veg (all the sprouts from yesterday were eaten) and added it to the mix. Its worht a try if you have lots of left overs :-) Hope you had a lovely day yesterday:-) hugs Jan xx
