Voice
Speak
above
my mind's yell
and sooth my heart's speech,
before reasoning is valid
and simplistic normalcy overturns these weak hands,
loosing chance of knowing, being stuck with horrible repetitive thoughts of: what if?
droning jays return
build nest on boughs of spring leaves…
hidden acorns sprout
sunburst sky shines
spectrum surge explodes spring buds...
palette overturns
lush lilac lilies
paint Monet on flushed meadow…
dew breathes scent of spring

The piano tune descends,
Increasing the sound of the wind.
Fierce gusts intertwine,
With the crows raucous fugue.
The intense melody sustains,
As melancholic winds rage:
In the strong wind's dirge.
The bench overturns,
As music sheets scatter.
A mass of wind reverberates,
In the sonata of the breeze.
chirping birds return
build nest on boughs with new leaves…
dance in rippling breeze
sunburst sky shimmers
spring buds bloom with color surge…
palette overturns
plush crimson roses
paint Monet on flushed meadow…
dew soaks spring sparkle

Lodged on a high valley in this far town
People like to turn the world upside down
In winter sky overturns
The snow cover children churn
Snowmen they make do something new on own.
A fat snowman comes to park downside up
Sniffing the frozen ground with red nose sharp
To stay straight head needs to strain
Blood from the legs goes to brain
Twig hands won’t help if he wants to stand up.
December 24, 2017.
Take my body for sail,
my wings to fly.
I am trying to find out
the meaning of a drop.
The point man was taking aim.
There was no culpability.
I asked, what was the need to
know the verdict of a rape ?
The bed always suffers. The secret
of a muse overturns a disaster.
In insane sky a beleaguered moon
was taking a shower.
Unmasked, the desire turns to
fire and ignites the palace.
It was not enough to meet death
with empty hands.
