Premium Member Unexpected
Sometimes, things do not go as planned.
Sometimes, you lend, or need a hand.
Sometimes, the small can just expand
Or float off into fairyland.
Sometimes, we do not understand,
Or overrule, or countermand.
It dulls the mind when all is canned;
The unexpected can be grand!...

Premium Member Fool Me Once

You fool me once...
your shame I'll overrule.
A second time...
and I become the fool.
But not for long,
for you will learn my rule
as I reveal
your hidden side of cruel,
and label you
with ethics deemed uncool
to be the butt
of major ridicule.

Premium Member Who Steals Justice
We don't know who steals justice
But we know who steals your heart
Greed steals your heart
And your heart steals justice
At the very beginning
Conspiracy is set
Unfair rules are set
Overlapping and overlapping
Overrule and overrule
It takes tremendous time and effort
To discard them one by one
Greed is just like cancer
Which spreads and spreads
A long suffer indeed
Before it's cured...

Highs and Lows
My day was filled with highs and lows
But isn’t that the way life goes?
The joys show up and then the woes;
That’s what’s to be expected.

So smiles are followed fast by frowns;
We alternate the ups and downs,
With neon moods that switch to browns
And leave us quite dejected.

Of course, our focus, if we’re cool,
Should be the highs, which give us fuel
To plow ahead and overrule
All negatives detected....

Triumph
it would have been so easy
to let my body overrule my heart
passion flowing like a sweet wine

past tastes remain bittersweet
large chunks of sediment--dregs poured out
my heart will never again
pay the price that passion charges

this time love will grow
building already like a summer monsoon
intense with electrical energy

this time I will get it right
when it all comes together
simultaneously--both will triumph...
