I walk inside that beautiful rain

undone by the petrichor scent of each inhale

sybaritic feast
intoxicating
Silk organza
finespun chiffon
dazzling jewels
precious bijou
black tailcoat
satin stripes
white bow tie
ballroom
swirling
fete
delicate gauzy organza sheers
window dressing dancing in the bedroom
blown gently by forced air heat
piped in by silver register on floor
moving softly in a sensuous way
erotic dance of cosmic feelings
my wide awake eyes
overwhelmed by imagination
conjures up a dancing ghost
Through a kaleidoscope
A physical life in crisis
Dying seems imminent
Does your life go pasteurize
Or is it through gossamer organza
A zephyr blowing
With vivacity zip
In springiness with vitality
Straight to the grave

a wrench writhes 'round—
threadbare grace in airscape light,
tiara of twilight,
at hubris' height, a bleak veil
grief petioles
evanesce at fate's command—
burden without ballast,
luster lost in catharsis
Just like the Goddess Amphitrite

As if she wants to dance all night
Resplendent in her glittering gown

Through my eyes…
You are the sunset over a beautiful summer’s ocean.
Your colorful show leaves me breathless
As I lie down to watch you move,
Watch you stretch your arms across the horizon
Draping the wondering clouds
In a masterful orange and purple organza.
And I see them strut across their makeshift ramp
Showing off their new clothes
To the rapture of the waves below.
