Injured dream-
reality bruising 'daymare'
another blood sweat stain...
mirroring the state of unemployment in Nigeria.
Naija police
Political partisan
Soul as tattered as vestment
Lost in country confusion
Kill to eat
Cannibalism of self
So fresh cashew nuts
Good quality cheap in price
I wish I speak Ron
Please, note that Ron is a Chadic language spoken in northern Nigeria.
Black elephant in the sun
As the biblical tower of Babel
Hordes of twisted tongues
Infest width, breadth
From Ajegunle slums
To the plateaus of Jos!
I knew of a
nation,Nigeria.
Which differ from
state like bulgeria.
You'll happily clap,
when wealth give
you slap,
and cheer his name
loud in Nigeria.
Vote and do it right
It’s called playing your part
It is your right, your voice
Your future, your choice
One vote, one man
One people, one country
God bless Nigeria.
Musa's nose for goal
Super Eagles soaring high-
Iceland is melting

A place that gives wings to my dreams
And hushes my fears, worries and screams
Where I’d develop stronger wings to fly
Rising so higher, touching the blue sky
That I dream and pray it ends not as dream
the satanic petty super rich,
are Nigeria bound, reborn in ****,
of sight and sound,,
ironic is the twitch,
but the curse has found a *****,
I want no part of it!
earned well the spell IS bound...

EASTER DAYS
Giving me health bangers,
WA ZO BIA should rest in peace,
Like a corpse in Requiem,
Like a dying man seeing,
Visions of the dead,
Nigeria is a leprosied dead.
Science and symptoms
Becomes soap opera,
Like Johnson's family on TV.
Africa is a shotgun
The origin of all civilization
Nigeria is the Trigger
But its a long shot
Awaiting the rise of the giant
Of the dark continent
Oh !! Africa how long shall
Wait for your emergence.
(Written 20th October, 2024)
Nightly coloured, dark and shine
Indefatigable race of a race
Gold and silver blessed
Endowed and rich in culture held
Reaching out for peace
In fair words of mutual co existence
Able but not without flaws.
The world here is black
Yet without a slack.
To many, a weak country
To some, a lowlife convo
I weep for thoughts of humanity
It's so shameful that nobody knows
She is black and beautiful
She is strong and lovable
A mixture of nature and life
Her flag tells it all: Green and White
She is Nigeria!
I am Sky high
Black face
Bold looks
With thoughts dancing on the rail of time
I am moving train
Extravagant looks
Exciting struggles
With a mind focused
I am sharp smile
Seducing worries
Searching for delighted sparkle
With dreams larger than Africa
I am Nigerian
Some Siberian
Or could be Nigerian
Opposite climates.

One Vienna says my poems are complex.
She ought to know this is a reflex
That I cannot surmount,
Of styles strange and oddities profound.
Like Prof. Wole Soyinka of Nigeria,
I write not for the lay who poetry fear
But the masters to whom this art is dear,
And who the language of gods revere.

Let the feature fly
And the wings beat
Because this is Nigeria
Nigeria! Nigeria! So high
Nigeria! Nigeria! The dream of a future very bright
Nigeria! Nigeria! So fit
Nigeria! Your greatness you meet
Nigeria! Your greatness we see
And never again to split
Nigeria! Nigeria!! Nigeria!!!
This a journey of old.
Tales written and
unwritten. We know
where we are coming
from but not where
we go. 1st october, first
born of october,
nigeria rejoice. Of
freedom; a saved
safe kingdom. Not the
woe nor war can fence
our path. Happy
birthday to my dear
country.
The palm trees exuberant
Swaying with others in harmony
As in an Orchestra, the conductor
Nature itself pulling the strings
Music by the wind and the rain
All hailing the dawning of the
new season
Nature's cycle turns full circle.
It's the raining season in South
Eastern Nigeria.
If I must be plain
The popularity of a Train
Had begun to wane
And to skyrocket that of Plane
Airports sweeping lots of gain,
With little or no strain:
Billions of dollars in the main;
In case of Nigeria: Naira Rain:
A Lion complete with Kingly mane,
Though Air Disaster their combative bane.
At work
Trying to work
Efforts none work.
Uncomfortable
Knees feel feeble
Senses a-tumble.
Lost concentration
Tormented by an ********
Locked in anticipation.
My heart is pure
Yet I fear
Will I get a cure?
*Konji - A slang of eastern Nigeria origin used to denote sexual urge/horny
feelings.
TRAGEDY
Shell in thou monster
Bring me not out
Lock me like a snail
But don't kill me in a stake
Lie me not to the ground like slate
But dress me elegantly like the states of Nigeria
Build me up like the coat of arm
Which wears many colours
Shell in thou monster
Till you are ready to shine like a diamond you are.
Their hearts filled with fear
Nothing could save them but us

twenty million people in Somalia, South Sudan, Nigeria and Yemen are threatened
to die because of a famine.
She is the gift of the African bliss
the hidden present with virtue arms
of history.
The pure beauty of the Diamond black.
The real jewels of the beautiful land.
Her name is a tides of beauty,
A Judith of up hold Crown.
She is the Reason with the season
the Diamond African Nigeria
that makes hearts war for love.
