Sediments of Life

Sediments of life experiences may seem precarious
One’s faith and hope that they may be found meritorious
As one lies six feet underground
The hereafter will only be compound
If the Creator’s judgment finds you sinfully nefarious

My Therapy

A poets words some times reveal
The inner self and how they feel
Sometime words used to let things go
Of hurt of sorrow that bring them low
Words sometimes meant to liberate
The soul from pain before it is to late
When life experiences boggle the mind
Words written give relief of some kind
So If the poet seems a little low
Take heart it may be their way to grow

Shattered Beyond All

Deeper and deeper, I fall into these words.
Sinking beneath the secret hidden within.
Exploding with every letter written, the life experiences flying by.
The choices and decisions that need to be made.
My words are are valuable, more important than print.
You'll know who I am.
When my words are thrown into the light of a world waiting to see.
The individuality of me.

Will

It can't be taken away from you,
will can make you who you are.
The unwavering strength that allows
your body to continue when life becomes bizarre.

Each of us builds are own power
that we see fit.
Based on our life experiences
so we don't fall down and quit.

Cherish this important piece
that belongs to your core.
When you feel confused or lost
to renew your soul and restore.

The Ringer

What if age was determined
By the amount of life experiences you had
Would you be an old timer, seasoned
Or a young naïve lad?

Would you change the way you lived
Or would you be satisfied?
Would changes to your life be massive,
Or would you seek a priest to confide?

I wonder why we don't live more
Not knowing when the curtain falls
Instead we tread on egg-shell floors
As if we plan when the bell tolls..

Time

is like a flowing river......
Buried deep within the quagmire
of molten verve and life experiences.

We revel in it. We gloat in the fat of it, and
we hog the memories until they are worn.
Yes...worn thin in the telling and the retelling.
So, that in the end we may simply sit and hopefully
smile and gloat!!

My thought for today.....AnnoDominie 12/21/2018
So mode it be...amen!!

Life Experiences Written: by Miracle Man 6/10/2017 Life experiences frequently equate to sage, And our days, once past, can’t be erased. While some attain wisdom derived from age, Others see years elapse while being debased. Though earthly days be enumerated as sand, Each day allotted was through God’s grace. He holds microscopic moments in his hand, And affords us choice of an afterlife place;

Wondering

I cannot help but wonder
when I'm gone
 long departed from this life,
what stories will they tell
of all those encounters possibly marking -
who I was,
what I did,
where I went,
 how I made my way through the years;
the life experiences that molded and blended me
to be a part of their lives,
close friend, partner, lover,
companion, significant other,
 relative sister, aunt, mother, daughter
me
 in their memories.

The So Called Family

Do not say you know
As you do not know
How painful the tears were
How unbearable the feeling was
Let me be

Do not say you know
As you do not know
What my life experiences are
What my dreams are
Let me be

Do not say you know
As you do not know
How the disappointments encountered made me feel
How the cruelty contributed to my well being
Let me be

Do not say you know
As you do not know
What began
What ended
Let me be

We are one; no more, no less; just one.
Many different life experiences; yet the same.
My voice is different, different from your voice,
but love is the root.
I cry for you; you for me.
Tears fall from my eyes, you catch them, I for you.
When you hurt, I hurt.
I feel you; I know you are here.
Hands are the same, fears also.
We are together, can't be parted, still one.
Living has begun; our chance has come.
We are one; no more, no less, just one.

Your More Priceless Than a Pearl

For you are more valuable then a pearl
Although the sand causes the pearl to form it's
luster and value you are more precious due to
your life experiences that you can share
Whether as a sister, niece, friend or mother
For our sand is equivalent to our challenges of life
that individuals will see our worth when we have a
positive impact on them
So embrace your life challenges for that is why
you are so priceless !

Around the world
There are happenings
Events and Disturbances
Right here at home, Poets are gearing up on their journey of life experiences through their writing
Mindset in so many ways
Passing the days gone by
Emotions surging
Cries into shouts
Needing ears to listen and understand
Words to express
Poets being their own Commentators
As words turn
The mind explores
As highways accelerate
Words become dramatic
Active and aware

My Thought For October 8, 2023 Miracle Man When the unfortunate happens the end result remains the same. But in our quest for solutions many seek another to blame. Brainstorming Cause and effect should be thought number one. Then learn from this experience because you can’t reverse a done. Sometimes from life experiences we’re schooled to put them behind. But that’s not intended to imply if out of sight, it’s off our mind.

Life experiences
Preparation long run
Sharing instances gained to others
Listen to what wisdom showed
Live and Learn principle
Pathways and Breakthroughs in struggles
Little things being hard knocks
Falls with get up
People say life is what it is and what it embraces
In young years, youth never think the process
There’s never no time
As one lives on, one learns on everlasting
Pitfalls of living
Testimonies to come
Wisdom is never lonesome
Giving out victorious virtues.

Life Experiences

life is full of experiences, something that you need to learn..
but there is no experience without practicals..
and no practicals without a man..

We hit the rock so hard sometimes..
We create beautiful episodes sometimes..
Each of these are different experiences..
Experiences that we must be ready to learn.
But when you fail to learn from them..
They will come again and again
Each taking different shapes..
Make you staunted and even crawl...
Until you learn to tackle and overcome.

How Dare You

How dare you judge me
with you it was anything
but a guarantee

Only choosing the parts
you like
disregarding the rest
not satisfying your delight

Punishing me for my past
a deep pain
you will never grasp

Absent when the darkness
you brought left me
in a paralyzing twilight
poisoned by your snake bite

You are not the judge of
my life experiences
you haven't the right
to have any grievances

For I found beauty in
your imperfections
mine were a reason for rejection...
