Purism
In your mood of seeking perfection,
In your fundamentalism--
Stay clear of me and my scars.
Birthmarks are not leprosy
Until I waste my vision
On their defense....

Common Denominator
"Who am I to judge another
when I walk with"... leprosy

all me and women are born
a common soul
 and die in Victory
if life had been worth while....

Break Up
To all the broken hearted...

I closed my wet eyes
you appeared beside my bed
The wind slammed the door!

Rahy

In life there are certain sores which, like Leprosy, slowly erode your soul in solitude.

Breakfast Menu
Broken arms hold a baby chewed in leprosy,
Black rain covers slit wrists,
Birthdays are rehearsals for Funerals.

The heart is a rapist

fate a faded color.

there just isn't enough candles
to go around
for the man
who stays
drunk
forever....

Premium Member Revenge will be sweet
Her cousin Leprosy is a mean old toad
He waved his wand and he made her old
He gave her spots, and he made her croak.
She sits on a pumpkin today, and it is no joke.

I will get him back the frog witch vowed.
She told her cousins, neighbors and the crowd.
They waited day and night to see the show
But Leprosy never came back, not to or fro....

Leprosy
Leprosy

Foolhardy blight that languishes in a musosal drop
Transmitted to the genetically predisposed
That causes dermal cells to mutate
With its tubercle relative to sympathize
Slow surface lesions manifest
And the host begins to realize
Its ancient punishment from the gods
Singled out to be excluded
In colonies for those alike
As microbacterium leprae proceeds to colonize...

Politics
Here and there and everywhere
News goes overboard to scare
"You'll lose freedom, yes indeed!"
In your head they'll plant the seed

Here's our new Commander Chief
No! he's a liar, she's a thief!
Give a dollar then you'll see
"A vote for him is leprosy"

For now, we tread another year
Backstabbing, conscious clear
Watch the 'Winner" take the stage
Goodbye hype ...No more rage!

Premium Member He Wanted to Develop a Cure All for Cancer
A panacea for cancer is what I’m all about
What about Alzheimer’s, the jealous one asked in a shout
Let’s not forget chicken pox, heart attacks and leprosy
The scientist ran from his lab, to watch monotone TV

He wanted to eliminate all the diseases, of course
But opposition was as stubborn as Farmer Joe's plow horse
The naysayers were yelling suggestions into the outside air.
He knew they each had an agenda, and nothing would seem fair....

"leprosy Utah"
my seed came to me
with a bump on his face
and ask why we both
had the same on our faces
and why it had showed up
over night?

lie to the child
lie for heavens place
lie, and never tell
him the truth of hate

spin a not knowing
so he will think every things alright
but in my own eye
the fear spilled out

the shame of what
has happen to his face
the shame of knowing
i failed to keep the fallen
from my door
the shame...

Premium Member Armadillo, Peccadillo
Armadillo,
peccadillo,
armored, slow, but
sneaky fellow
when confronted,
rather yellow
some say, very
cute!

Armadillo
peccadillo,
leprosy and
such diseases
not aggressive,
somewhat mellow
he's a nasty
brute!

Armadillo,
peccadillo,
please stay in the
open fields, not
tearing up my
daffodils and
nibbling to the
root!

Armadillo,
peccadillo,
please return to
Amarillo,
and even though
you travel slow,
now skedaddle,
scoot!...

Prejudice
We have just agreed on paper:
He is to us all 'A leper'
Still leper with his skyscraper,
No less so with his nice wrapper...

Oh Yes! For him some saved pepper,
Bertram T. Noah cause to caper,
For blokes he'd kept at a distance;
Persons elsewhere 'Revered Substance'
We're all clearly turning fiends,
Who had been his supportive friends,
At the bottom of it all pride,
As options began to be wide...

More visits to us for new shape
We have blades that leprosy scrape....
