Untitled #46 / Plastered Posters
Plastered posters up on dividers
laminated and preserved for generations
of students, marching by filing
nameless the years, uncounted
the numbers...

Work Release Too
get out
my laminated
computer generated
bar coded photo i d badge

swipe it
across the
scanner watching
as it turns green from red

someday
hoping it
won't let
me in...

Framed
Etched emotions carved
upon wood stained slats
channels of putrid odors
behind polyurethaned glass
its stench guised by colorful hues

a dark laminated soul
dangles from a plastered wall
framed within a once proud tree
where emptiness once stood
now hangs my sanity..........

Smoking
Ocean lights cigarette
Puffs mouthful smoke towards mountain
Tobacco clouds incarcerate the mountain
Later on....
Mountain coughs
Its skins are uprooted
Displaying crystal clear
Cancer-laminated
Black lungs of mountain
Dear buddy
I beg sorry
I don't wanna be another mountain...

Vintage Noir
All the people stop and stare,
they don't care, they don't mind the street-lights.

Bumpers kiss, fenders bend, I saw her grin, when she saw them glance again.

Black skin, with the wild hair, ripped denim laminated on her derrière.

Leather in the summer, ask her if she cares, all the people stop and stare.

Black vintage with the wild hair....

Premium Member Half Sunken Table
An old octagon table
with a laminated press board top
Left outside it may soon rot
legs of steel make it heavy
Lifting it alone not quite able
dragged it out the back door into the mud
For rest sat on it with a thud
steel legs sank deep into the soft ground
Now a bench on display
for in the back yard it now stays
Still should move it not really an excuse
but it is a nice place to roost....

Blue Nun Music
The dilapidated décor,
and Sergeant Pepper
wore the same tones.

Burgundy stocking
hung on a lava lamp,
A poster of Leonard Cohen
as a young man.

Paddington apartments
travel by train unhurried by time.
A girl drinking Liebfraumilch
waiting for me to come home
with a used album of Rubber Sole

We had vinyl prayer-wheels,
a laminated love affair.
We had red and yellow music;
bottles of Blue Nun wine....

The Promise
Peculiar as it may seem...
...and stranger than belief...

In sight in itself is a wonderful gift...

When followed alongside honesty...

...The unexpected happens...

...Wishful in its wonderment...

...Superficial left behind stranded...

...with promise - this self belief...

...with atonement moral in seed...

...desire laminated...the higher self...

...the spiritual with honour will bless...

...Allow the inner to commence......

Premium Member Frozen
A cold breathe leaves my mouth frozen solid
I can feel it as laminated mid grey silver fog
So cold that my lips shutters like a brown ground squirrel running
Blinded, I can't see Blizzard storms
Frozen leaves on trees none moving
Timber of trees few fallen leaves
I call out to the branches
They reach out to me
Snow falls falling down on my head
My blue lips yellowed faced my statue is that I'm cold...
Frozen
