Premium Member Platitudes
Platitudes are so convenient;
ready-made, impersonal, and stale.
They’re perfect when true words fail
and honesty is deemed impertinent....

Naughty Non-Guests
The longing, the pain
together with sadness,
are impertinent actors...
they are insolent...
They are untimely guests!
without any permission
invade our lives,
our parties,
and hijack the harmony
from us...sneakingly...!...

Splintered
I splintered into a thousand brittle glass
You brandished a bamboo rag
And with one sweep
Wiped out my remains
To impertinent winds

I awoke feeling completely broken

Beastly Inhuman Shuts These All
the eyes and sights,
the little lips,
the face
wanna tell something
noiseless civilly

our boastful
verbose words
shut these all beautiful
make mute these all

and we the beastly inhuman
behave everywhere as unruly tyrant deaf

oh
for our impertinent dazzling happiness
liking this all in burning fire of sorrow

Sitting Duck
I see the perfect girl, yet I still refuse to accept the invitation
The means to acquire her beauty would not reveal themselves

Lack of time, prior attachments, and incompetence had left me a sitting duck
now I sit... left with impertinent, inconsistent, wandering thoughts
without the greatness of her impression
or a quick return promising their reduction...

Predetor
High above clouds
You flew
Radar focusing beneath
In search of prey.

Image fell on screen
One walking in haste
His head bowed down
Wondering at
Mismatching arithmetic
At home, office
Breaking his back
To meet ends both
Nebulous mind.

Flare in your eyes
Like a diving bird
Impertinent crash landing
Sharp claws clung
An ascension with prey
Into unreachable heights
Vanishing into thin blue.

A quill is shed
Life drops dead....

Here comes the silence.
Shoving its way through the crowd to greet me.
Like a tsunami would greet a stony cliff.
What an impetuous, impertinent lull...
Settling itself on my head like a heavy blanket.
Suffocating my ears.
Should I scream?
I should scream.
But there's no sound.
Just unceremonious reverie.
Just silence.
That raucous, deafening silence.
Until the world turns.
Negligibly.
A motion indiscernible.
Except for the sound it makes....
