NAME OF CONTEST- HOBBIES
SPONSOR-JULIE LEIGH RODEHEAVER
ME a pleiades
Mea culpa, hands up
My fault I do confess
Many my obsessions-
Mainly pastimes,hobbies
Mostly my endeavours
Matters of memory
Made into poetry
leisure
fun, enjoyable
relaxing, uplifting, comforting
parties, dancing, drudgery, stress
exhausting, annoying, frustrating
dull, complex
work
he think he is cool
eating all that food
with hois blue swede shoes
he was on the news
singing and playing the blue
eatting is his hobbies toy
hes a well dress
FAT BOY
Nothing most to do
Nowhere most to go
Just adapt to the surroundings,
Beloved people,
Friends and families
Hobbies and keenness
No need to win them
But beloved people
Many hobbies have interested me
Can't select one, my favorite can't agree
Always one takes over
Until another I discover
At the time each was a first-time devotee
Was once an addict, not talking about drugs
Was addicted to hobbies, like drawing people's mugs
It paid me well
Without parallel
My family thought I was totally bugalugs
Was once an addict, not talking about drugs
Was addicted to hobbies, like drawing people's mugs
It paid me well
Without parallel
Most of my family thought I was totally bugs
Enthusiasm is yours today
Find the things that make your heart sing
Pick up hobbies you have loved
Learn something new daily
Listen to your soul
Live daily truth
Find your bliss
Daily
Joy
There was a old bunky named Jacko
Had many different hobbies, some quite wacko
Once collected cards
Not comedians you 'tards
Baseball cards worth a fortune, doesn't sound very macho
Often dance with the sugar-plum fairies
It thrills me no-end, like ice cream and cherries
Holding their lithe bodies
Is one of my hobbies
Try not to drop them, but wounds seem temporary
Hobbies, I've had many throughout my life
They counteract boredom and help me handle strife
Had many through the years
Many more than my peers
Even better than eating chicken fried rice
Poetry month has left me quite breathless with endless ideas~

There’s something for each of us
Which changes throughout our life
A different time, a different place
Which finds its way in
To help us find a way out
I know what mine has been
What is yours?
(1/25/26)
There are current trends that the youngsters
are quick to follow or adopt.
People imitate what's "in"
when it comes to fashion,
hobbies, expressions,
and patterns that
go against
the Lord's
laws.
There are people
by my side
i don't want to see
i hate without giving something,
don't like each other,
with different hobbies,
i don't want to talk
i don't want to be
with them
even for a moment
Love.
she was an Italian beauty
satisfied with her life
accomplished, brilliant, creative
others did not know her well
she kept herself aloof
wanting to spend her time with hobbies
rather than people especially gossips
I like my hobbies and crafts
Keeps me busy when I'm not
One of the weirdest things,
That I ever got....
Was a "Paint By Numbers" set,
But fun it surely ain't
I could never figure out how,
To make the numbers paint!
The point of start
To correct yourself
To learn new things
To develop hobbies
To make new friends
To achieve dreams
To create new opportunities
To balance lifestyle
To have new resolutions
But with your whole heart.
at a certain age
grandchildren outgrow you
this speaks well of them
natural consequences of having peers and interests
at a certain age
you are given lots of extra time
to develop your own hobbies and interests
enjoy this time, spend it wisely
My wife and I have different personalities
knowledge
look
property
hobbies
Her dream was different from mine
We are married
I believe that
She will love parents-in-law as I do.
I caught the disease before the deadline
before my mid-life crisis
the reinvention
Who can wait for the epiphany of self-discovery?
I’ll force myself to find my passion, and I’ll be great at it,
the best
and it will be entirely willpower
Maybe
Ask me tomorrow

BOOKS
B rowsing must be the best thing you can do in public places
O n and on the bookshelves go –from blessings to disgraces
O ther hobbies need some gear and often make you run--
K ids go crazy making noise—how can this place be fun?
Steadfast friends-- the books --so silent-- wait til I am done
There's a fellow named Putin
Whose hobbies are killing and lootin'
He hacked our election
And made his selection
Now for "the Donald" he's rootin'
Pulling the strings on his hands and feet
The puppet master doesn't miss a beat
And late at night
he takes delight
In making his puppet tweet
My husband knows better than to ask me to choose
Between my two most imperative absolute soul loves.
He is one, and painting with neon paints is the other.
He is perfect for me, because he has his own hobbies.
He watches five TV screens simultaneously.
He can entertain himself as well as I.
Life is grand for us.
