First Steps

Here we go again
Off on the Road
Off on the Wind
Off we Travel
Off we Go
To the end of the Lane
To the end of the Earth
We travel on

My Lover

here we go again,
just one,
the only,
tender touch,
my brother,
i miss you,
i wish you would think,
about our short past life,
i watched,
you know,
bye

Here we go again (pun intended),
Some points raised but poorly defended.
     Opinions are not facts.
     But ignoring contracts,
Don’t sit well however well intended.

Clouds -Haiku-

Linger in the sky
they are just sitting, waiting
it's going to rain.

Here we go again with the rain. We had the day off yesterday.

Here We Go Again

Here we go again
you is getting on my last nerve
Here we go again
you running your mouth to
someone
Here we go again
you say you love me
Here we go again
you ringing my phone
Here we go again

This Week's Quiz

Strap yourself in, folks, here we go again!!!;

What comes out of nowhere?
Existing when it seemingly feels like it?
It is virtually counter-intuitive,
With properties we usually associate
with God......

i wake up in the morning
on comes the news
same foolishness and bickering
same pettiness and insanity
same old sh*t different day
shake my head 'cause here we go again !

Coffee Toast and Three Paracetamols

Coffee toast and three paracetamols
Here we go again
I must finish my poem I say
No more slip of the pen

Coffee will keep me awake
Toast to settle my stomach
Paracetamols to ease my headache
I wish I was lying in a hammock

Premium Member Cacophony

Caught in a full on dog fight
already grabbed by the throat
cacophony of growling
orbiting through my mind
playing a dangerous game
here we go again
overthinking, shouting
nothing nice to say
yet I sit here, silence screaming.

Premium Member My Neck Aches

Gateway stars
Your colors wrap around my dimension
In other words here we go again
My glorious accusation
The stifled flights
I was stolen from our mother
Celestial moons are finding their way to the breakfast table
I’m too tired to feast
My neck aches

I Think I Like You

My heart flutters
Here we go again
Another set of eyes to fall
Deep within

But I don't know
If I should break down my walls
Cause the last time I did
It felt like touching acid

I can't seem to trust
My heart once again
But you're making it easy
To let someone in

I May Not Be Smart, But I Am Not Stupid

Here we go again.
Silly boy.
Tell me no lies.

I may not be smart.
But I am not stupid.
These words you speak are like flies.

Annoying little bastards.
Getting stuck in my hair.
Even though I shall not believe.

I may not be smart.
But I am not stupid.
Not so easy to decieve.

A Dart Player's Prayer

Here we go again
Tonight, a game of darts we’ll
Fight…with shots to win…
Just don’t want to loose
Again…to them like all year
Long…and if their lead

Shoots tuns all three games
Once more, hold me back so I
Don’t go belt him one.

Same Old, Same Old

Everyday I come home so excited to talk to you
Until I remember that you don’t even give me the time of day
So here we go again
With the same old fights
Which lead to the same old headaches
Which lead to the typical broken hearts
And it’s not like it’s a monthly event
But more like a daily one

About...

And here we go again
With another messed up friendship
The one I valued so much
Falling apart in front of me
And whom do I have to blame
No one but myself
Here we go again
I destroy up another good thing in my life
And this is where I realize
It’s not the other people who hurt me
I do that to myself

The Cycle

Life, laughter-all is well!
...what was the point in all that hell?
Let's change the subject,
I dont wanna think
About kicking up
That Big Stink
I'm happy, that's now!
It's all that matters,
because it wont be long,
Before all of this shatters.
The world quickly turns
Brightness into black
Here we go again,
It's all coming back

Ready For Love

When we have been hurt by love
We run when someone comes along
To show us it is ok, to want to belong

We run from someone who makes us smile
Thinking, here we go again, or do we sit idle
And hope, this time is it, and not another trial.

We think we are ready and strong
To be able to love without fear
But in reality, love is fear itself.

"devil Here We Go Again!!!"

Devil here we go again
But still I refuse to let you win
I know your evilness and temptation will never end
My faith in Jesus is no pretend
He's awesome and a 1 of a kind friend
Devil when you try to hinder me
It's on Jesus that I call whom died and set me free
Now he strengthens me through a rhyme
And it does matter the season or the time.

Premium Member Olive Branch

Open a door but go slow,
listen I’ve been through enough;
Inviting yourself when you screwed up;
Victim of your inability to see
everything you did from the beginning;
Branches must be extended gently;
Revolving doors go nowhere fast
always on the tail of words
nothing substantial standing behind them;
Culled by a flimsy olive branch;
Here we go again.

Here We Go Again

Here we go again
Just you and me
Causing a love affair
Oh, can't you see?

There's been a lot of pain
And heart-aches in the past
But, this time
We're gonna make it last.

Here we go again
As happy as can be
Making love to each other
And living life as free.

Oh, Baby the way you caress
And hold me tight
Makes loving you much easier
And everything alright.

Here We Go Again

One more day of disappointment
Troubled mind along with a heavy heart
Dreary pupils refusing to see clearly
The concept of sadness and sorrow are realized
Elevation is but a dream
The guided light seems miles away,
While trouble resides next door
REM sleep is the only form of satisfaction
Sleep is the patch work for an ongoing problem
Tomorrow, the cycle begins again

Premium Member Muammar Al-Qaddafi Haiku -Correct-

Mu(a)mmar al-Qaddafi Haiku 13
Here we go again
belly dancing with Mummar
used to be his friend.

(originally I spelled his last name
Khadafi, which is also correct.)

Mummar correct
muahmar
Kahdaffi corre-ct
al-Qaddafi correct

many Arabic names are spelled different ways, what we see on TV, even the news, is sort of --- Hollywoods version. And usually incorrect. LOL

Polly, you say?
  Yes, Polly-Wolly
My, that's cute

There's more
  What is it?
Polly-Wolly-Doodle

You're so creative
  I knew you'd say that

What else do you have for me?
  Polly-Wolly-Doodle-All-the-Day
Did you dream that up all by yourself?
No, I flat out stole it

You're evil, you are!
  And you are 'Goody-Two-Shoes?'
That I am.
Oh, no. Here we go again...
