Peas can be green, yellow or black
Often sweet, never sour
You can eat them at virtually any hour
Yet when finished, who is ever satisfied
From a school or college
Ceremony connected with commencement
All degrees marked
Classification into grades
According to amount, size, quality, etc.
sit up straight
stand up tall
never falter
never fall
stay in school
make the grades
never fail
be a hero
be a star
be everything
but what you are
Always knee from very beginning,
Each race run I would be winning;
Grades be better;
Wear letter sweater;
Wrestling, my opponent pinning.

Writing all of these lines, in detention where I so willingly,
As his dearest teacher's pet, I am voluntarily
Buying my good grades with my own beauty and body.
I've posted a new short story.
Because the length of pieces we can post here is crazy limited.

which chakra is higher
and which is lower
in as grades ego assigns
when all there is is bliss
playing at different octaves
within the spectrum
of our limited cognition
Passed all my grades and received a diploma;
Question asked was where is all of the aroma;
A New tactic;
Being aromatic;
Told them was while passing through Tacoma.

Take good notes and penmanship
Or else grades may take a dip
Always learning brand new things
But can't relate if writing stings
Anything I can do
It's what I set my mind to!
Ever since the world began
there were those who 'also ran.'
Not for them the highest grades,
not for them great accolades.
Mediocrity rarely shatter.
That they ran is what most matters.
I should be holding my head up high
because I'm a young, black lady
who graduated high school
and is now going to
college. I make good
grades and have a
job that God's
blessed me
with.
Remarks
An average
Face of disappointment
Thy guilt towards discontentment
Bad grades
Focus on your books
And be a better student
Raise those grades
Just put your mind to it
Time is slowly drifting away
Move towards the right track
Put your best foot forward
That my friends is a fact
Our hard work put in grades
To a future that’s printed
As people and trades
become money that’s minted
Our peace slowly lost
to a world full and grey
With a price tag and cost
We sell our souls away
A student without Double-Ds
Was always quite eager to please
Though lacking a bust
She was filled with lust
And boys knew she was The B's Knees
Why are bra sizes the opposite
of school grades?
Been a graphic designer since the age of eighteen
Over eighty and still at it which surely ain't routine
Still get high grades
Enjoy the accolades
This insatiable drive is still alive in my genes
You need to concentrate
And raise those grades
Just study your books
There is always knowledge for you to gain
Continue to grab education
You can turn it all around
Put your mind to it
Just reach for that crown
A space of stacked stress
And clothes on the floor
His room is a mess
And his life is a chore
Professors didn’t care
And his grades didn’t either
He sees the end there-
Oh time the deceiver!
in the school I am thought to learn
some teacher use to tell me
my grades are depend on me
the teacher are only to record
that's the role of the teacher
really?
the teacher must be called
a recorder, instead.

It gloomed in the room
Just when my thoughts bloomed
I felt a blowing air
In seemed so near
I was ready to err
But it was not fair
It was so great
But not as my grade
Then i smile
Seen from a mile
Though it was mild
But not be wild
Form:
Live each
Day as a new
Chapter in the journey
That sometimes is not an option
But you can complete it with good grades
Perseverance in the moments
That loom to affect you
Make you to take
A new
Path

Do you claim I’m dumb
Crazy and stupid
I have marveled this
With skeptical eyes
I see through façade
Dumb is not me
I have smarts true
Can see over
And beyond you
Proof in need
I can show
My good grades
My heart
Mind true
Smart

Have that voice
To motivate and inspire
Encourage the students to do better
Show them that fire
They need to concentrate more
And never settle for mediocrity
Just open your books and study harder
Raising their grades should be their priority
