My sister called to let me know she is the good one.
Great! I told her. You are a Saint!
Silence.
Not what she was hoping for, apparently.
Soothsayer indicates she should pull a card.
It is the Eight of Swords
Not a good one
Then she pulls the Tower
Worst card of all
not much to say
Soothsayer indicates she should pull a card.
It is the Eight of Swords
Not a good one
Then she pulls the Tower
Worst card of all
not much to say
God picks up the bad fish
And keeps the good one for me
"You may fall sick if you eat this bad one
So I pick the bad
So that you can pick the good"
bucket of mango
in decaying condition
good one is helpless
some say this
but it don't fit
its a lie
they say for you i'll die
deep with in
theyer not your friend
read the signs
when its done a good one
HARD TO FINE
There is a tail that has no rhyme
One that has not reason or chime
Just follows close behind
Good one shows all great emotion
Position can cause commotion
If evil mood inclined
It's another year, hope it's a good one
And it brings you happiness and good fortune
With friends galore
Like days of yore
With winter weather a whole lot shorter
Jellyfish have no brains and still cope
For 500 million years, that gives me new hope
My brain's a good one
But it's on vacation
People still leave me really weird notes
Today's a good one as I chuckle to myself
What could go wrong, loved and in good health
On top of the world
My toes are curled
They point to the skies as my happiness swells
I love a fine Limerick rhyme;
a good one will take you some time.
You toil through the night,
to get it just right.
Perfection is truly sublime!
For Gwendolen's Competition.
Today seems like it's gonna be a good one
Ducks in a row, shining down is the warm sun
What could go wrong
Gonna sing a sweet song
Bout happiness and stuff, do you think I'm stunned?
My heart is naughty,
it causes me pain.
Falls in love
time and again.
Never chooses a nice guy,
just the ones
that cheat and lie.
Listen up heart,
do what you're told.
Choose me a good one,
before I'm too old.
Form:
a not impossible delight,
if aliens come to douse our light,
but we'd fight with all our might,
the beast to over come....
(might even forget the local enemies)
good one sweet Gail

Lumps don't belong anywhere on our body
But don't be alarmed you probably need to go potty
If you have a good one
Smile when you're done
Take a deep breath till the next time, don't get snotty
Today's a good one as I chuckle to myself
What could go wrong, am loved and in good health
On top of the world
My toes are curled
They point to the skies and my happiness swells

I wonder if you ever think
Of the decision that you made
A choice that was all you
Yesterday I thought it was a bad one
Today I think it was a good one
Tomorrow I know it was a great one

If hearts were sold in the market,
People would stand in queue
Fighting for buying the good one
Without realising that
the best in the world is inside them.

yet passion flows in every word,
the bard has spoken,
we have heard ,
the rhapsody of life,
cuts cleanly like a knife,
it flutters like a bird ,
a kite...

re: "passions play"
Morning foreshadows
Mysterious days ahead
Sun, mist, orange and red
Again, too late for the contest, and, I had another, not so good one entered. But, this one
arrived in that thick skull of mine and I wrote it down and posted it anyway.
in carelessness sometimes beauty is there
carefulness sometimes remains bare
having personalty if good one does
who sees smiles without any grudge
Life is life
Not always fair?
You bet
You simply play
With the cards you're dealt
Just live it
Fully
Laugh at it
When it
Knocks you down
Get back up
Keep on keeping on
You only have one life
So
Make it a good one

A woman's right to her body
A baby's right to life
Over this conflict of interests
America's witnessed much strife
I'm only a poet; no King Solomon, I
Can't say that I have a solution ~
Just hope that a good one is found soon
So there's no need for revolution
