Enticingly juicy
Melting on the burning
Lips of passion
Stretching tongues to lick
But soured drops long left over
Icings of deadly venoms
Ooh greedy zealots
Gulping to stupor
Concoctions for all such gluttons

For jimmy so loved bacon,
That he gave his only begotten cholesterol count,
That whosoever believeth they shall take his bacon,
Shall perish and enter the afterlife!
Amen

They broke their pride upon a wheel
As envy froze in ice
Fire and brimstone smothered lust
Gluttons swallowed toads and mice-
Anger was dismemberedv alive
Greed in boiling oil drips
A pit of snakes,sloth..now..so..slowly...slips.

O, great o'erhanging Spirit
reaching one finger toward the earth
awash in dust. The world
is an experiment with the shades
of gray. Lord, have mercy.
The flesh is weak and pale.
Gluttons and undeservers, we
invite the Devil, dressed
in his red finery, cape clasped
to the table. Christ, have mercy.
We will find one day
everything is tethered
together with strings.
Still, You will be the one
pulling them. Lord, have mercy.

Presidential - Limericks
A builder once changed from his station
Became leader of the free nation
The news media labeled him fake
President Trump stayed up very late
Tweeting “You're fired” with no explanation
The Press followed Trump by the dozens
Holding his feet to the fire, were gluttons
Searching for scandals and sin
Is the business they're in
We pray they don't push the wrong buttons

Seats in Starbucks seem quite scarce
‘Cause laptop users hog ‘em.
Dirty looks won’t make them move –
Perhaps it’s time to flog ‘em.
Sitting in a precious seat
For hours seems quite piggy,
Even if they’re doing work
Or tryin’ to get jiggy.
Other people want to sit
When sippin’ brews or snackin’;
No one has the nerve to ask
Those gluttons to get packin’.
Selfishness today appears
To be the status quo.
Perhaps a Starbucks laptop charge
Just might be apropos.

Traces of errors - demarcate my past mistakes - I could not erase.
While perfectionists - are gluttons for misery - hints they can't redeem,
like beaches, victims - left barren of memories - surging waves stroked clean.
I welcome the sight - of my miscalculations - to refine my trace.
Unhesitantly - why seak perfection with one stroke!? - Far better to strive.
With pencil in hand - I raise my blunt graphite sword - better live, than die.

My stomach bit me,
Crying: how long will
you starve us?:
Won't you feed us?.
Then been considerate,
Took i may soles,
treading toward the kitchen,
Picked the yam's pride
Baked and stayed it awhile.
And then i considered them;
even i fed them.
... Then they became more hungry,
biting and chewing blasphemes...
Then said I: Shouldn't i have
fed them?
1) What's ought to feed me
Makes me hungry.
