Pizza dough, gluten free
Prepared with chopped basil
Parmesan cheese, vegan
Prosciutto slices 
Pieces of crisp bacon
Parts of baby mushrooms
Pizza sauce, Rao’s home made

You taste like gluten and chemicals
But your artificial cheese holds me hostage

The ache and the burning in my mouth
Will soon dissipate
And later I will regret

But for now I am satisfied

deep cleanse elimination,

for the lucky
erotic reality,
alcohol abstinence,
Yahweh's deliverance.

Best Sandwich Ever 

Sam Adams favorite sandwich
Was the make it yourself sandwich
Served at the Ashland Oregon, Co-Op
A modified BLT sandwich on Gluten-free bread 
Cheese, roast beef or pastrami, bacon 
Sprouts, lettuce, tomatoes, dill pickles, peppers  
Mayo, mustard, ketchup 
Just heaven in every delicious bite

as the shadows danced

I left the Buddha
outside in the falling snow

I wonder
If Santa likes

Now a days
Most of the time
I eat fake bread
            GF bread
	For health reasons
	My wife can’t tolerate the real thing
	And so,

I eat fake bread
	Fake pasta
	Fake pizza

	But every so often
	I want the real deal	
	I crave bread 
	Made with wheat

	And a real pizza
	And real pasta 
And real donuts

Open your eyes you’ll see
Undeniably biblical 
It’s truly gluten-free
Some might be skeptical

Views might be apolitical
Everyone has their own say 
No one stops to enjoy the day. 
Take a look at the biological
Even Einstein could not disagree
Right before you all this time, give praise and thanks to Thee.
