Premium Member What Is It

Meg said, "Get over it."
Over what I say,
Meg answered angrily
"I don't know what it is."
But I wish it would go away.

Premium Member Review It

When a problem clouds each day. And all is misty and grey, You must review it. You can’t get over it, You wont get under it, You have to go through it.

Get Over It

Frowns galore
The negative
Holds so many captive
My ears have heard
You can't do that
Yes the hell I can
Dwell in the land of pity if you must
This soul will not be taken prisoner

Sister Jaundice

If I sound jaundiced, so be it!
All men are liars, get over it,
All men are unfaithful, that's it,
They like being miserable, leave 'em to it,
If I sound jaundiced, so be it,
All men are liars, I got over it!

Damn Love

It happens
When you least expect it
Its terrible
When you don’t get it
Its hard
When you want to leave it
.
.
And it suffocates
When you can’t get over it
And yes its all waste
If you choose to wait for him

Premium Member My Five-Year-Old-Son Is Sad He Can'T Run the 100m Under 10 Seconds

He can't get over it
But what
I need
To do
Is get over it
I need to do the work

When he came home from
School and explained to
Me
Why the Taj Mahal
Was built
I cried

Build a ladder
To
The
Stars

Leprechaun Schleprechaun the jealous gnome Ned said.
They will be sorry about snubbing me when I am dead.
St. Patrick’s Day faerie’s emerald eyes rolled around in her head.
The leprechaun will always trump us both, so get over it Ned.

Premium Member Her Final Moments

Losing a loved one is heartbreaking,we never really get over it. Quote by poet.
My wife lay dying and took her last breath, Held her hands tightly as she passed away .

Get Over It

Sight begins to blur
Tears roll down my face
My infatuation with you was just a waste
My heart broken in two
I didnt know what to do
But then I knew
I knew what I had to do
I had to get over you
But i dont know how to
How to get over you

Mad and Sad

two simple words
but the feelings so complex
two words so short
because you just want to get over it
if it lasted too long
who wold be able to live with that
life is only worth the complexities
because of the happy moments
we get to enjoy

I'Ll Cry

“In a minute,” I said
“I will cry
I will let it out
Then I’ll sob no more.”

“In a minute,” I said
“I will forcefully shut
These eyes
Then it’ll shed no more tears.”

“In a minute,” I said
“I’ll think about it
I’ll cry, I’ll learn
Then I’ll get over it.”

Brexit, Get Over It Already

So the referendum didn't go your way,
you wanted to remain, you thought we'd stay,
you didn't anticipate the leave result,
and two years later it's still too difficult,
you've handed out many bigoted insults,
please tell me, how long will it be til you behave like adults?

Soul Traders

Mind over matter
What a sadistic lie
Because i sure feel
The finger poked in my eye
"Get over it," they say
But i wear the stain
Must be easy for them
Not to deal with the pain
I just get so tired
Of the lies that they sell
Trading a moment of pleasure,
For a lifetime of hell.

Pain Is a Reminder

From my years of living
I figured out two kinds of pain
One is physical
it only last a while
The second is emotional
it last forever
I have experianced both
they are hell
But if I had to chose the worst
It would be the emotional pain
Because you never get over it

Get Over It

I did enjoy the ride,
The burst of emotions.
But I'm over that now.

Your loss,
Your problems,
Your fault.

Too bad I'm not sad.
Too bad I'm not crying.
Too bad I feel no guilt for anything.
Too bad I'm too good for you.

If that's too bad for you,

Then get over it.

Premium Member No Poem Today

No poem today
I'm sorry to say
I'm feeling a little ill
It started with a chill
Then I got the sweats a bit
Been sleeping to get over it
A little juice, some chicken soup
Hopefully I'll be back in the loop
I'm better now just getting rest
I'm quarantine for it's the safest

Trying To Let It Go

I'm trying to get over that day
but there is so much pain

I'm trying to get over it
but yet I keep re-living it

What haunts me the most
is not the memories that I have
but what my mind has blocked out

If I can find a way to understand that day
then hopefully I can put it behind me

Life Is Good

Life is good
Life is good
Life is good

Maybe if I keep telling myself that,
I'll believe it.

I hurt
I ache

But, life is good right?
Life is good
Life is good

My friends tell me to move on,
get over it.

I hurt
I ache

But, life is good right?
Life is good
Life is good

Get Over It

It's gone,
It's over.
Yes, regret!
But then,
Make sure,
To forget!

Get over it.
Cry a river,
Build a bridge,
And get over it!

Listen up,
It's time.
Don't act like,
You're confessing;
To a murder crime!
It'll be fine.

Get over it,
Cry a river,
Build a bridge,
And get over it!

Getting Over It

thinking of you again my mind is broke
you threw me away like my love was a joke
trying to get over it take a breath and choke on the memory of you
your sounds and smell have stained my heart and mind
someone to make me forget about you is what i need to find
but what if that person doesn't exist

Seasonal Reasons

Give me a season
Give me a reason
To believe…
To receive…
Love from above

Give me a season
Give me a reason
To relieve…
To grieve…
With utmost love

I believe in you…
I am being honest
You are being a liar
But, what they say to you — it isn’t true…

I say of you -
Get over it and move on!

Premium Member Lost and Easily Led

Get over it
You are lost
And you don't even know it
Don't even know what you want
Think you know what you want
You are confused
easy to be led on
I can read you like a book
so easily misguided, steered
Like a stupid lamb
Don't want to deal with you any more
Not worth my time
Good ridddance
So long
Ciao ciao
Au revoir

Bon Appetit
