touching sands of time 
dancing galavanting
in the brain
a hermit crab
popping
his head out
from the sands

alone open arms
embracing the stars
searching
among'st them
a shining soul
embers crying out to
the beauty 
of it

bleeding underneath
holding in the sands
a key
building upwards
holding them out
sharing a dream

the castle 
begins to build
from out of the sand
sweeping in
from the ocean
as it swells
flowing gently out

to embrace you
softly 
yet 
beautiful...
