Evening fireflies...
fleeting illumination...
an evocation
of a warm Southern spring night
with my partner, lover, friend
Many days have come and gone
With sometimes time well spent
But most are but a fleeting glance
And we wonder where they went

As a cork in a bottle
Dance without a pause
Touching the panic bottom
