Listen to poem:
first herd was the path
to get crowd immunity,
get rid of COVID
second herd must live with it
now, all in the herd get it
My wishes sit on fates shoulder
A hankering to sit over
I lie asleep in my fog of desire
For I can’t cast a spell un pondered
around
about us wend
spiraling fates,
treading sills as lame cats
or children unsure of fruit
wink at chance
truth rehabilitates
and always fascinates
it shines strike bright
in every way it is a right
founded and sealed in human fates
Listen to poem:
what happened just now
is what I had dreamt about
it was déjà rêvé
my brain churned through memories
to predict perchance fated
harmful in a karmic way
best be careful what you say
cosmic sense of the perverse
held tongue keeps the fates at bay
The Queen of the local beaver
Is crowned "Saturday Night Fever"
But all of her dates
Meet quite dreadful fates
Her dad is the Rabbi Cleaver
I'm in bliss
whenever
our lips kiss.
Love stays true
whatever
fates pursue.
Make me whole
forever,
share my soul.
I've met so many people that this planet could do much better without,
and yet it seems like my loved ones are the ones who continually check out.
Sixty-five years- still Mates:
three Children with Spouses, five Grands, three Greats;
thankful for our Happy Fates!
Volatile beauties,
our fleeting lives...
What absurd wonders,
our joyful sad fates...
eternal lives,
while they last... !
To you oh fates I pray a short but eventful life to live than a long uneventful one to enjoy!

Virgin torrent rising in rage,
While promiscuous wave mounts stage:
Mother sea to mend fates.

Of a million stars
I indulge to see
Light so traveled
How few still be
Of a million fates
I am guaranteed one
So I bask in the life
Of my one little Sun
Love in shackles
Fiath fates
on the way
to dual date
mind fades
she but slipped far
mood shades
heart breaks
my love is drained
life fakes
As the rest of the crew had been lost,
I, alone, was afloat on the sea;
I believed it was thanks to the Fates,
and the thread of my life* - I was free.

To Hades, black as ink, our souls shall sink,
And all our lives are gone within a wink!
Yet fleeting! E’er so fleeting! Though it be,
So well we love what leave the Fates decree.
His beloved
Fates gift to him
Wrapped in beauty
Mended his broken wings
In the palm
Of her love
And placed him
On the alter
Of hope and victory
And her speaking
Was a healing.

An akita is so spoiled and cocky
That he'll have only fine sushi and sake
But by tempting the fates
He's been shipped to the States
Stuck with pizza and beer in Milwaukee

There was a young man from Nantucket,
Whose logic for life was to duck it.
Scoffed “ignorance is bliss”
Till the fates took a piss,
Now life’s gone to hell in a bucket.
