Hopes and dreams
An amalgam of fantasy and perceived reality
Too bad it’s all a lie
Fairytales do not come true
Hopes fade
Dreams die
I want the stars
but I don't have the wings
to carry me that high.
I dream of fairytales
But I’m stuck in reality,
With no map to take me there.
Mom I did it
I got famous
And got stuck
In my fame
And fairytales
Not knowing
How much you
Love my poems
Never knew but
Soon I must go
Little girls and their world
Magical tiaras and fairytales do come true…
The world will inevitably disappoint

Pretty smiles
Deceitful laughs
Unanswered cries
Lonely days
&goodbyes
Given up on hope
Fairytales don’t come true
Liars prey on soft hearts
And they seek to devour you.
At Night I dream of Fairytales.
Of Sprites of the elements,
and en lightning spells.
Of Maidens of gold.
Forging the hearts in their touch
In silks creamy mold.
I dream. Bold. Much

Logical
Explanation
That can possibly
Begin to explain your
Undescribable beauty
That's only found in fairytales
Is that Heaven must be at a loss
Surely one of its angels has fallen
Sandcastles built with the hope
That fairytales will come true
Lives lived in dreamland demand
That the moon and tides
Leave the dream untouched

Snow White was indeed a hot chick
Who really liked to have her apple licked
That’s why she chose seven
To take her to heaven
And that’s how she really got her kicks
(I had to keep this one clean)
Rainbows are for fairytales
Life does not grant such foolishness
Black and white, there are seldom grey areas
The palette is limited in its capabilities
Folklore painted the world a beautiful lie
If you don't want me,
Then quit wasting your time,
I'm not your plaything,
Better yet, quit wasting mine.
I hate the way you make me feel,
I hate the way you make this so real,
Why can't we just live in a fairy tale.
No such thing as fairytales
But still I believe in dreams
Toss a coin in wishing well
Believe that you will succeed
Put your dream in motion
Even if no one else cares
Follow your hearts passion
Be a self made winner, dare

Nature's beauty
Exists - but lasts like BUBBLES -
Unlike "FAIRYTALES".

Well you can take your fake fairytales
and send them to burn
in the depths of Hell
I don’t need them
They’re all misleading
You can take your books of lies
and you can take all your movies
that you fed to my young eyes
and eradicate them
because I hate them
Folding this scented page within, an erotics book to mark...
Her beauty, as placing it upon love's shelf; fairytales and fiction
Reality atop silver dreams ? Bells tolling amid her world which seemed
Sheer lace images that possess oneself candied obsessions, about a carousel.

in the dark,
i hear your name,
wondering blind,
never to be the same,
so many choices,
what to do?
can i just give up,
searching for you
one true love,
hidden behind,
lies and fairytales,
none too kind,
sit here and wait,
scarred and numb,
reflecting past,
feeling dumb.
Delusions,
The what if’s,
Can be some of the most joyous thoughts.
Fairytales,
The purest of fiction,
Can have the most meaningful messages.
My delusions are like fairytales,
For they have meaning in them,
They stop me from falling into despair,
By making me hope for the impossible.
we see the truth within our own fate but fail to commit to the promises we make
people want to receive yet they sacrifice non
where is the spirit of giving and equality
iznt love as truthful and equal as they say
fairytales sound much better than reality
we all fighting the war but we losing

Today I’m thankful for fairy tales…
Albert Einstein, a man who should know believed
If you want your children to be intelligent
read them fairy tales…
He had even more to say on this subject
here are those details…
If you want them to be more intelligent,
He said
read them more fairy tales.
I can tell you fairytales
But you still wouldn’t believe
A forever lasting love
That burns overseas
A vision of true love
So exquisite it shall be
Lovers dance in the moonlight
So the stars may see
Two hearts, One love
That’s what it should be
Two minds, One thought
Listen closely to me
This is love
I didn't believe in magic until
you swept me off my feet
I didn't believe in love until
YOU
I didn't believe in fairytales until
you became my Prince charming
I didn't believe angels really
existed until you became mines
I am now a believer in all these
things because of YOU

"Inside a world that changes every day,
Inside a world that nobody remembers the day after,
Mr. "Somebody" tries to learn the values and principles of life
in reading mythologies and fairytales.
I am so sorry Mr. "Somebody"
You will find no happily ever after."

There is no one with out a mystery.
Is there a person with out a disguise?
Something hidden below the surface.
I believe unseen realities can be seen in ones eyes
Need me to explain?
To accept the truth is sometimes a hard thing to do, harder to see
Tell yourself your undisclosed fairytales and dreams.
You will let yourself free.
The little gnome-like Rumpelstiltskin
spun straw into gold thinking he'd win
the queen's infant child
but then got so riled
when she spoke his name, to his chagrin!
In the story Little Red Riding Hood
(woods full of danger, a basket of food),
the hungry wolf, big and bad,
a reprehensible cad,
was outwitted by a maiden so good!
In the forest I walk
Alone and secluded
The wind my only companion
I follow a stream
Calm and steady
Just like a beating heart
In the trees birds sing
Sweet and melodic
Happiness in their sound
I cross a small bridge
Wooden and arched
Fairytales come back to me
Up ahead is a village
Rural and charming
The place I call home
