Nature of Life
hunt or be hunted
instincts sharp senses heightened
no walk in the park
more than Descarte's man
top dog illusion exhausts
no walk in the park....

Baby On a Plane
A baby that screams on a plane,
Whether tired, unfed or in pain,
Must be calmed at all costs
For when patience exhausts
All the passengers will go insane....

Life In Normal Morning Movements
In here, I lion of
toothless in cane,
just eye and
not much anymore...
I peek at life...
Outside, life
Just races,
knocks,
exhausts
kills itself...
the street is urban
jungle
and life a real beast... !...

Tenth
Takes a count, one to nine, to reach there
Exhausts the mind when reaching near
Number counting practise and perfection in the younger peer
The scholar builds confidence in numbers with no fear
Honors then come forth from her dear...

Olden Cars
Cars in the seventies,
Had character, you see,
Lime green Fords with stripes GT,
Waxed on weekends, thoroughly,
Double Cam exhausts with Mag wheels,
Now bland cars are the deal,
White, black, silver or grey,
Purple or orange cars just drove away!...

The Cost
The more we are given
the more that gets taken away
As Stephen Hawking looks out
from his empowering inferno
His vision to create and inspire
anew…
Exhausts the very flame
—he lives to ignite
(Villanova Pennsylvania: August, 2015)...

Return To Sender
A lifetime crossed
A time remembered
At childhoods cost
A soul dismembered
And flesh embossed
As if surrendered
Away he’s tossed
As trash he’s rendered
Abased, his family lost
After, for cash he’s tendered
An autos fuel exhausts
Airfare paid, return to sender...

I do not know?
The Constant State
Goodbye. It hurts.
I'll see you. Better.
I won't leave you. Yes.
This constant state of goodbye exhausts my entire being.
It leaves me alone,
desperate to get back to you,
desperate to stop the ache.
When I get back I'll stay in your arms forever
I swear.
But for now,
Goodbye...

Indifference
When love grows cold
Puzzled and confused we grieve
Like a malignancy spreads
Deadly deception
Manifests astounds derails
Emotions self-pride riot
Rushing into defense mode
Like chemo exhausts
Worn drained the storm clouds gather
Advice abundant
Blind dates rejected
Remission slowly ensues
Indifference born...

Tokyo Blues
Welcome to Japan where an Uber costs
two hundred dollars and a can of Spam.
Tokyo — all my pockets it exhausts.
My plane’s just arrived and I’m in a jam.
I turn the spindle and it cuts me — ouch!
I miss the lights and the tree and my wife.
A limo would have taken half my pouch.
I miss her long arms and I miss my life.

A Religious Affair
Turrets are turning,
behind the tanks
exhausts are farting death clouds,
barrels, like angry dicks,
are hot, erect and spurting,
buildings erupt, climaxing
on TV screens.
On both sides of these yonder hill
where the redline bleeds,
blank-eyed children,
play their video games,
while trying to overhear
a merciful God at His prayers....

An Ever Rolling Dice
From the childhood days
playing monopoly games....
life is a betting
on the board of life
a dice is ever rolling....
no fuel shortage
fuel is the lust
only exhausts with the death....
the game of dice ends

Help Me Find Peace
You inspire me like
no other has
You leave me craving you
You do this to me...
you knew of these feelings
I have for you
Ones I fight everyday
I'm in a continuous
tug of war with myself
I need....
I want...
to
I don't...
I can't...
This never ending battle
exhausts me while leaving
me unable to sleep
Tell me what should I do
so I can finally find a peace...

Our Earth Is Vulnerable
Haiku Three Verse Poem©
When you hear of
Global warming and climate changes,
Along with exhausts from factories,
All kinds of vehicles, including
Cars, trucks, air planes and throwing
Non-decomposable plastics and coffee cups
In garbage that gets dumped
Into our oceans …don’t look the
Other way …take note that
The title above is
"NO JOKE"
And do something about it!

Fire
Fire
Fire burns, blazes, exhausts fuel,
turning cruel, when furious-outrageous.
Hydrogen burning in fire ball Sun.
Molecules break into those of Helium
in Nuclear Fusion.
Primitive fire in Cosmic explosion.
Friction of dry leaves, twigs in blowing breeze
ignites forest fire.
Fire of mind chases fear, strengthens soul.
Fire the Purifier.

Sans Thought Who Are We
It's useful to have a short attention
span, since it allows us to pause thought flow
in the gap where exhausts its suggestion,
wherein lingering in the afterglow,
in the void of emptiness, heart's mellow.
To dwell in this gap is an art that's learnt,
after we have been time and again burnt
by raging fires we had created
and although we wish our past stupor weren't,
all’s well now; we're no longer sedated.

Everything's Gonna Be Fine
When the sun sets and gives it's first shine,
When the flower gets dry and receive first dew of rain,
When the baby gets its first fall and tries to walk again,
The one thing comes in mind is
Somehow... Everything gonna be fine.
When the soldier wears But still fight with bearing pain,
When the ranger exhausts, and still climbs the terrain,
When the friends get apart and continue with their path,
The one thing comes in mind, Somehow ...Everything gonna be fine....
