When love grows cold Puzzled and confused we grieve Like a malignancy spreads Deadly deception Manifests astounds derails Emotions self-pride riot Rushing into defense mode Like chemo exhausts Worn drained the storm clouds gather Advice abundant Blind dates rejected Remission slowly ensues Indifference born

i heard it said the oppisite of love is not hate but Indirfference. this poem reflects some of the thing's that may have gone wrong with out me knowing about it. the line "rushing in to defence mode." i have questions about. the first defence is a good offence loving first before expecting love. catching eye contact. unless you have something to be guilty of then your chances are slim. jhl
