Mom
Her tiny hand in mine. 
So precious, so innocent, so true. 
Sacrifices I make – by choice or force….but ultimately for her sake. 
Sometimes I cry, sometimes I laugh.
Loneliness, exclusions – mine to embrace. 
To face, to accept.
With patience – I’ll learn to fly. 
Again. 
Break free of broken promises. 
Take off the too big shoes. 
Smile at adversity – win. 
If only, in the end, to lose....

Of some paranoid collusions,
That the things you thought
Are not exactly true…

So be sure that such inclusions
Happen fast before seclusions
Are the punishments
That wait in store for you....
