Dreams and visions proved immortal
Songs of imagined peace play in fields of strawberries
The waves are calm, it's the feeling i crave
the heat of the sun washing away my defeat
And all the hard things of life just fall
Our time at the beach is encompassed in rhyme
ATTRACTIONS
in
enduring
wonderment
move
swiftly
sideways
a momentuous
moment
affecting
the
profound
wholeness
uplifting
sans
any
purpose
encompassed
&
enclosed
they constructed the sphere
their they'd settle
their scores
it encompassed the ring
men against men
the finality of difference
the relevance of it's making
created by the need of solution!
All encompassed was my fear
Such consternation knew me well
A predeliction forced a tear
As apathy tolled alarm bell
With reverence I heard that chime
Unearthliness the peels rhyme
As condemnation fell
In a meadow encompassed by death
a solitary rose blooms
the only one left
turned silver by the moon
After the sun begins to rise
the morning glistening with dew
the ruby petals break their ties
its departure darkening the worldly view
The warmth
Of love's invite

captivated by pink cotton candy clouds to gaze beauty
a spiritual sojourn encompassed taste of Divine Love.

I’m about to explode
Can’t take it anymore
I look around and I’m surrounded by a mass of people I can’t stand
All the stories about all the whores
All the guys just looking to score
I am encompassed by immaturity
Is there any innocence? Any purity?
Mystery and marvel
A world once vast and unexplored
Encompassed in technology
Held in the palm of one’s hand
The realm of unanswered questions
Dwarfed by instantaneous answers
As fingers glide across the screen
Like skaters confident of the next move
I fell upon a weakened soul
Amidst a war and not at home
I cleansed him gently and prayed
Heal this soul so tattered and frayed
The angels came and showered him
With wings of white life seemed so dim
Encompassed by the this selfless act
He rose again and that’s a fact

in the last days
of summer
i eavesdrop
on the ocean's whisper
your voice carried
in its sighs
your caress
in its waves
as i undress
seduction
within its salty spray
as i bathe
in drops
of your scent
the horizon
blushed
in tones
of me
beneath
this memory
In the dark of night
The sea is black
The only light
From the lighthouse stack
All the sea’s creatures
Below the water line
The life on the beaches
Where the sand is so fine
Live as one being
Encompassed by dark
One eye all seeing
Wild ocean park.

With REVERENCE he approached the sacred ground
ENCOMPASSED by a haughty sense of pride,
Content in knowing he was heaven-bound,
That certain PREDILICTION, not denied;
CONSTERNATION showed at once, he could see
CONDEMNATION from above, then APATHY;
UNEARTHLINESS a practice he’d not tried.

Her laugh encompassed our hearts mending the wounds left by yesterday
Her eyes sparkled like the stars with joy, intelligence, and love
