Icy pain gently blinded tears
Inside the glistening icicles
Pulling her encaged screams behind bitter snow
Released hanging death

Dark when day
These feelings convey
Locked an encaged
Lost and afraid
Creatures of the night
Are in our minds sight
When feelings relayed
We are locked away

Escaped from pain
Brains flying trying
To define myself
Now and again rewind
to a time where you
raged like a fire
a burning desire
trapped but the animal
encaged strayed away
please my lost treasure
come back to me

Tap, tap, tap-
sudden flash,
ripping of air-
crash!
Tap, tap, tap-
wheels forever-
a'turning,
encaged-
crash!
Tap, tap, tap-
constant tapping!
Curs-Crash!
Cursed tapping!
Caged fate,
tap, tap, tap-
Crash!
There is no rain...

Sparkly, petty, primp, and small
In the dusk they often call
Singing, dancing under mushrooms play
With tiny wings to carry them away
Abounding everywhere from sea to peak
Yet encaged in children's minds they keep
.

I do not know?
I am encaged and enraged.
Have not been inside a store since February.
It is almost Christmas. Not that it matters.
The pandemic is worse than ever.
Fear keeps me trapped.
In a house with one other.
I am a lioness ready to rip the old lion apart.
He is wise enough to hide in his room most of the day.
Thank God for that.

WELCOME TO MY WINDOW, STRANGER
IT SEEMS "LA VIE EN ROSE" FROM OUTSIDE
FRESHNESS OF THE BLOOM OF PLASTIC
WITH DOUBLE BARS INPRISONED IS MY HEART
A GATE TO FREEDOM OR A MIRAGE OF DESERT ?
DILUSSION OR ILLUSION ?..I BURN FROM INSIDE OUT
I SENSE MY MOUTH SCREAM ROARING ECHOES
YOU WALK BY ME ...I? ...ENCAGED IN SOUNDPROOF FATE...

Encaged in eggshells,
Mother bird covers, sends warmth,
New life comes to world !
Life encased in shells,
Armoured subtle beings ,
Frail alluring sail !
Flashing demure smile,
Yielded with coy submission,
Come out of your shell !

Years of lifetime thrown away,
I am encaged of bars I created myself.
The host and the hostage;
The prisoner and the prison.
They are all the same,
They are all me.
I have been here long enough
To have befriended the shadows,
Shadows that are almost indistinct
From the cold dark floor that I lie on.
My cries fade out through the bars
And the shadows swallow me, whole.

It is a church!!!
not just a building
but it stands alone.
Graffitti of the young
no realisation
of what they've done (they had fun)
It's empty of worship,
I feel the sorrow (Amen)
but I cannot let it be,
for Lord your more
than a saviour to me.
Beautiful glass windows
encaged, protection from the stone
that is cast, is christianity a thing
of the past(Lord not for me).

Jumping about rising to a shout,
Teens, tweens, they love skinny jeans
No matter what age, they will not be encaged,
Their hatred for boredom,
Their lust to not be unjust,
They talk the talk, but can they walk the walk
Is a question many keen teens ask themselves.
They tend to their own fun, but not to mend,
The wrongs they have done to others.
Thirteen teens talk tacitly tending to their work

When I depart
don’t shed a tear,
your cries
I won’t hear.
Immersed in another reality
I will rejoice
knowing my soul is
where it must dwell.
Long I have been encaged
in dreadful sorrow
but still constantly
I climbed to heaven
only to fall.
Yet in this falling
I found myself,
drenched in blood
feeling the breath
escaping from the body
free and confident
I realized if one is to fall
then don’t climb to Heaven,
better fall in Love.

Nobody cares for the kind of heart
Hurtful slaps to both sides of the face
Drenched in self pity quite often
Sadness is a drizzle to the potential down pour
Creativity goes unnoticed
Man is a brutal and unforgiving force
The pressure breaks down the mental barriers
Tears opaque to those who don’t care
Suppressed mind and encaged heart
Nobody cares for the indifferent
Nobody cares for the kind of heart
Nobody cares for…
Nobody cares…
Nobody…
