Doppler -Dodo

           Dodo composed Dodoitsu :
            voiced loud in decibels,
            pierced eardrums of drongo,
            did Doppler's Defect.

People, Cars, Airplanes, Birds, Nude Stuff

and I go out in the street
I become a stuff for other stuff
and I go.
then
I cover my eardrums and I press
I press to see
should begin
from somewhere!

Piano and Pa

They were one
One continuous thing
Hands outstretched
Like spider webs
Moving joyously
Quick and nimble
Pressing black and white
Tickling my eardrums
Tapping my feet
Feet on pedals
Echoing

Age Old

This is an age-old complaint,
About singers who ain't such saints,
Younger music sounds like trash,
Our eardrums they do bash,
What makes them so tone deaf,'
Try a new career, catch your breath!

Returning

my old love nears
heartbeat skips then thumps
crinkled brow leaks

shadows slithering
here, there, nowhere
eyes unblinking

eardrums pulsing
from darkness, whispers tumble
'come, hurry to me'

Talking

                  Talking,
         you talk too much;
   Your cadence overtakes
the might of delicate eardrums;
                   Quiet!
 Did not learn to active listen;
       Trying to control me?!
         Those bossy eyes,
                 I’m done.

God's Affair

A closed fist. A pair of eyes pressed shut. A teardrop trickling down. A mouth wide open. A shrill shriek piercing multiple eardrums.

An open palm. A pair of eyes unfurling to see their first light. A shrill wail.

A soul departing a realm. A soul taking its place.

Woodpecker

Machete jabs cycle through a staccato lied. The music is Jurassic, a tune rattled in the throat of a feathered lizard. It pecks out the genetic code of jackhammers. Stabs eardrums deep, a primal stirring of blood and sap. The forest echoes as time hammers on.

Interposition

The whisper of a whisker
At my window
Scratches at my eardrums
Like inch-long nails on a chalkboard
In the hot sweaty classroom
Where I grew old
So like a student greets the bell
I greet the reaper
Who stares at me through the glass
Through the night
Through thin slits
In catlike eyes

Earth Man

earth man undulating
stretching and switching, twitching
earth man f-ck-up
misanthropic, microscopic, right off topic
cover your ears as the music plays
screaming through speakers and popping eardrums
earth man grooving
and diving, conniving, high-fiving

what a stupid-looking motherf-cker

Seeds From Space

Shards of glass
riddled with ambiance
radiating through the ages
shape-shifting the speed of sound;
the effects upon eardrums produce
extra terrestrial qualities
between distances
a gravitational pull whines
retreat with honor

Shatter

Scorching through the night like a dead, damned flame;
singing wildland hymns to the oncoming rain.
Watching stars fall into her eyes and her falling, too;
everything is destined to end like this.
When she howls, I can hear my eardrums shatter;
the depth of her is terrifying.
I want her depth to be my sanctuary;
I want to feel her shatter.

To My Dear Freands Son

his thoughts gone like a dream his mind it cries and wants to scream.his mind belongs to
the devil now his caring parents don't know how. suddenly light shines the room as
adrenalin starts to zoom . he wakes ,he shakes he looks around his pumping eardrums he
hears a sound.he then imbraces his mothers love as she prays thank you to the one above.

Piano and Me

They were one
One continuous thing
Hands outstretched
Like spider webs
Moving joyously
Quick and nimble
Pressing black and white
Tickling my eardrums
Tapping my feet
Feet on pedals
Echoing
You taught me how
Little legs dangling
Music notes
Resembled splattered paint
Now that I’m solo
I still feel you
In the music
In the tones
But mostly in the echo

Parrots

When you growing older
The ugly parrots of birthdays
Delightfully remind your age
You tell them shut up
They cry out loudly
Once these parrots
Were sweet nightingales
Singing nicely on the early days
Twenty one
Twenty two
Twenty three
And now with a nasty voice
As boaster parrots
Break your eardrums
Sixty three
Sixty four
Sixty five.

Silence Drowning

Snipping through the skin
vocal pain ripping my eardrums
Breathing in your blood
as i wash my sins
in your devotion
Masicate my masterpiece
Notes scratched in her skin
Mangle my manuscript
Snapping my fingers as i draw them down your chalk board
With the final flaying chord
My bow berates your jugular
And my opus is undone
Silence drowns all noise

The Years Go By

The years go by
The time flows
It splinters upon the depths of the horizon
Glittering soul
Why do you flee?
Come closer
Don’t be afraid
When the time comes
I’ll be waiting
But for now
I can only listen
Listen for your heartbeat
The palpating pulse
Thumping in my eardrums
Tearing my mind apart
Until it explodes
Into a billion pieces
Of grey matter

Some 5-7-5

God- a playing thought
Man and woman together
By the believed name

Blind by born inside
Sees nothing though sun alight
Coal –rich heart of fuel

Love- divine honey
Believer’s heart blooms fully
In faithful flowers

Blessings of elders
Can change roots of every life
If there's modesty

Buzzing life story
In the eardrums of flowers
To live on honey

Disagreements

Falling
Our hometown is
We don’t know what to do
Or how to feel about this all
Unsure

Sickness
That’s what came next
Real sickness from battle
Everyone was sick of all
Tired

Loud noises
That’s all we heard
Constant crashes and cracks
Dying eardrums, unhearable
Fighting

Painful
People are hurt
Nobody left unchanged
The hurt of this has changed all lives
Eternal

Melodic Flood

Hold on, stand up, and enjoy the sound
Move in, jump off, just don't sit down
The floor gives way, rewind and replay
Listen to the drum that our love plays
An off-beat number at an allegro tempo
Tick-tock metronome, clock unstoppable
Sensations of vibes coming deep within
Rhythm integrates into my soul & blood
The waves cascading across my eardrums
Drowning my mind in some melodic flood

Star Clipper Saturdays

I think in curls that bounce in the near-Spring sunlight
and brown eyes that burn with a wisdom expanding years unknown to me.
Brave face.
Shrug it off.
This flush of red sells me out
When lips meet flesh and soft words meet eardrums.
My knees no longer exist.
My mind no longer exists.
I'll hold on to this obsession til the sun rises
(or until he speaks my name again).
My logic has failed me once more,
and my heart remains the victor.

A Million Miles Away

We are eloquent oceans apart from each other
You confuse me with the way you move
You amuse me with the way you groove
We are vivacious valleys away from each other
Your echoes of empathy overwhelm my eardrums to the extreme
Your windy fury makes me feel like I'm in a nightmarish dream
Up Above the Clouds
Out There Above the Crowds
Oh you sad, sad fountain
Look up and honor the gracious mountain
For, we are mountains beyond each other

A Thought

A car door slams a spoon falls tingling
as it hits the floor

a person shouts a drunken call as
he hit the floor

a tap drips popping your eardrums
a bottle smashes
it hit a dark and dusky tunnel wall
far deep in to the middle of night

the rain falls soaking the nights floor
i will not fall at the wet floor
to hold you again to love you
i will not sleep i will not eat until your resting here with me

Brilliant Is His Musical Mind

I am not a musical person in any way or form
But my eardrums recognize musical genius
The trumpet player was featured in a local venue
His tunes were extraordinary. I had never heard such music.
He was the quintessential trumpet player
Tears came to my eyes as he played,
I knew there was a brilliance to his abilities
No one else seemed to notice.
I am always surprised that although unmusical myself,
my soul recognizes this kind of performance brilliance
