Gaslighter Won't Spark

The truth sometimes hurts,
like a razor that is sharp,
Conscious full of guilt,
Background noisy harp,
over-takes any clarity
and as your familiarity
horribly diverts,
gas-lighter won't spark,
we forget humanity
and true sincerity
actions of retribution
only leads up to felonies.
Black replaces red hearts.

Replaced

? What's the cost of having a place,
we all are in a race ??
      Trying to be the best,
and stand out from the rest.
No one cares about our efforts,
in the long run the way diverts.
 Stay at your own pace,
You are just running behind a imaginary race.
Trying hundred of times, is that a crime.,
or may be worse than a sour lime.?? ?

Weak But Strong

The warmth of the love I crave,
Every day I thirst more and more.

The strength of a rock,
But soft deep down in the core.

The courage of a warrior,
But slow to attack and hesitant to hurt.

The beauty of the night sky,
All attention diverts.

A fire, a passion hidden within,
It's there as no one else sees.

I see this in your eyes and I get weak,
To my heart, you hold the keys.

Sweet

Sweet, as salt is
When it used to calm a sore throat

Sweet, as pungent is
When it diverts from pain

Sweet, as rain is
When it first touches the earth

Sweet, as the mind
That chooses to process only ideas

Sweet, as the heart
That choose to filter in only beauty

Sweet, as in the less sugar tea
When the conversation has picked up speed

Sweet, are you sure it's just a taste?

Pure Spirit

You shattered my spirit
and wounded the heart
belittled my reason to be.
Did you think it diverts attention from Ghoul
who is hiding in your hideous soul?

But little you know about pure spirit,
that cannot be extinguished.
It’s still alive, glows under ruins of my soul,
it will not be vanquished.

No doubt I will rise again,
this will reveal the truth.
That free spirit then,
will heal, will mend, will soothe.

A Human of None Humankind

Fear makes a mockery out of us!

Fear challenges what's right and what's good!

Fear diverts minds from their paths!

Fear of yourself or of life?

Fear for yourself or your life?

Fear when you wake, when you sleep?

Fear as you starve or as you eat?

Fear feeds itself

Fear cheats itself

Beat fear? No fear!

Beat life? Dead life!

Blank stare? Cold eyes!

Dead heart? Ice mind!

A human of none humankind!

Endless Love

The Hands of time are etching an eternity of regret Into the fabric of our blissful slumber I am stalking your every move waiting to pounce Yet, the fear of your recoil diverts me Considering alternative methods to resolve, what (I still do not know) We move toward the chasm which was once filled with hope Only to find silence and no resolve Like two magnets we are repelling one another Again coming to neutral ground, there is peace.

Repetition

I look at the blade
I look at my skin
The two meet together
It is the perfect win
Blood dripping down my arm
Meeting with the bathroom floor
I just can’t seem to help myself
I just want more and more
The blood dries up
As do my tears
It feels so good
To get rid of my fears
But when the pain
Ceases to exist
My attention diverts
Back to my thoughts from my wrists
This process will repeat
As blade and skin meet
Time and time again
There will never be an end

Kindness

A little kindness never hurts; helps heal and often mends. Your care soothes and diverts pain of family or friends. A little kindness never hurts. When helping those with needs- sad frown to smile converts. Gifts of words or deeds by selfless acts, comfort reasserts. A little kindness never hurts. Your gifts- large or small; a card, dinner, fresh desserts- or just visits can enthrall. This giving of yourself asserts- a little kindness never hurts.

The Entertainer, a Game of Cups

Scripted television nanny

All the Lions roared their approval
dancing puppets

Stars shown twinkling delight
mask global death

My favorite football team
diverts my attention

Smiling ringmasters bow to each other
chosen talent cheered like god
(even call themselves jesus)

While blinded by the sun (tv)
the world devil cult
plays us like a game of cups

Cows, smiling, entertained to satisfaction
shuffling towards
hamburger
rapture

Towards
Hamburger
Rapture
