To Ruined Temples

wireless charging
aching muscles
drained cells
i am exhausted
from
the intoxication
of love
dehydrated from
the emancipation
of spirits
going east to
the ruined temples

Cactus Without Water

I have to close my eyes to see the times
Because I don't see your dear heart

I'm a dehydrated cactus, I'm in a mirage
Standing on my feet, I run to thirst for water with my body

Pitty-Pat, Dribble Drat

Again, I felt it skip a beat;
the heart goes pitty-pat.
It seems I am dehydrated;
I can’t imagine that.
If you don’t mind, I think I’ll pass;
I cannot down another glass
until I first excrete.

Fakers

out of rain
out of water
garden pond dehydrated
organising rain dance
goldfish performing arts.

blondes
golden
unnatural
black roots displayed
bleached
funny women
pride and vanity shall destroy them!

Dehydrated

there isn't any medication
that can cure this febricity
I break out in a soaking sweat
with cold chills racking me
maybe it is the fever
that's causing discombobulation
no, I think it is just you
making my heart dehydrated

Autumn Leaves

They fall from grace to grass,
aged, scorched and dehydrated,
fluttering away further
the vanity of previous
greenness and elevated times,
reminding us of the fragility
of life,
the futility of striving to hang on
when time is up.

Dry

I've been thirsty for a very long time
My soul dehydrated
I need you to water this desire
To be my oasis
I want to drink from your fountain and make love in the rain
And still my thirst will not be quenched
You are a source I want to sip from FOREVER

Flash Flood

draught of somnolent disdain breath
in dehydrated well of pain
fortified dam hides tears
wailing rains ruin all
barricades broken in flash flood
debris of deluge everywhere .

A Chance of Rain

When gray clouds gather
Eyes look to the sky with disdain
Dreading the anticipation of rain
I welcome the wetness
Praying for a storm
Cleanse the earth
Cleanse my soul
All impurities must go
Too complacent with arid conditions
To even know we’re dehydrated
We all could use some libation

Sally's Sample Fryers

Dearest Sally; your food's gone dry; dehydrated in it's oil.
You think of how you'll throw it out, before it starts to soil.
...but then you see that I am near, and offer it to me
and thank your sample fryers that I'm getting them for free.
Sally's Sample Fryers bring special thanks from me.

Road ,Tree and Man

a road is beaten track
alone and deserted
a passenger who is expecting
someone will share his loneliness

a tree on the road
dehydrated
eyes on the road
if someone come

a man tired
seeking the slince
on deserted road
with lonely road

road,tree and man
on the shores of time

About Drinking Water

I don't drink water very much
I'm more into tea or a beer
Anything else is better to me
But then, it got so hot this year

Dehydrated, I got muscle cramps
And though they quit after a while
I started drinking that water
Like it was going out of style!

I know I can be hard headed
But those cramps took me to school
As long as it keeps them away
Then I'm a water drinking fool!

Poetrysoup

A home of expressions
Where feelings freely flow
Like a river in a rainy day
To naurish our dehydrated souls.

A world of emotions
A place of peace
A pool of inspiration
Where one's heart rest in comfort.

Day in, night out
Poets and poetess never stops
To resurrect the hopeless dreams
Of those impaled by the circumstances of life.

Thank you PoetrySoup
Truly you are the hero!

Defective Goods

I filed a thirty page legal bill of complaint
about some things that aren't right. They certainly ain't.
I bought dehydrated water for a buck thirty-five -
how could a gentleman think to contrive
to sell me this product...without any instruction
(resulting in my home's near total destruction).
When I used too much water, it created a flood.
It flowed out of my house and turned into mud!

What If I Am Asking Answers

Questions decided to stop asking
only offer opinion
Ideas now chase themselves
Dreams have retired
and now doze in chairing rocks

so lazy that i missed out the last line
Time spends sometime some times
Inspire is dehydrated
Practising the mistakes
i am uncompleted by the verse
of one
Provocate myself
Listless on my list
Wish to make new words
or am i just being
apsurp
What if i am asking the answers

Unfinished Temples

20 October 2020

Leaves that rise better
than roots
make no sound when
they fall.
Once, Earth was created
for my
karma to heal yet
in this
silence of waiting rooms,
the sun
rises inside my temple.
I am
a molecule away from
an unfinished
symphony that keeps impersonating
my frustration
because my
energy cannot
hear itself think like
swallowing set symbols of
lungs on
dehydrated pages missing you.

Victims of Want

Had there flowed blood
In our peasants’ veins
We’d have built bridges
To join our several ridges.

Then the many exiled peers
Might re-cross the flooded streams
That had divided their dreams
And pilloried the science of seers.

But the fire of want
Had our people dehydrated
And those (like me) who bled yet
Were catalogued to a grim existence.

O posterity!
Do not disdain our delicacy;
For time is multiplex
And might your ship dis-mast!

Urgency

TIME TO ACT ,TIME TO ACT
NATURE TURNING VIOLENT
SNIFFING STRANGE COMPOUNDS
NOT FAMILIAR WITH AS FROM
CREATION.
CHANGING FORM IN DESPERATION
WANTING TO SURVIVE
FLOODS,DROUGHTS,MELTING ICE
MORE HEAT ARE THE RESULTS.
NATIONS UNDER WATER
LIVELIHOOD DESTROYED
LOVE ONES DISAPPEAR
DRAWN IN WATER , KILLED BY HUNGER
DEHYDRATED BY HEAT.

TIME TO ACT IS NOW , NO NATION
WILL BE SAFE .NATURE IS ANGRY
CLIMATE IS CHANGING

Harmattan

HARMATTAN.

The early morning breeze,
That makes us freeze,
On our bed covered with blankets,
As if we lay inside a casket,
Putting on stockings that are anklets,
Being reluctant to wake up,
And not considering to dress up,
For the day to start off.

Wet garments easily dehydrated,
As if it was stiffened,
Glasses covered with dust,
Wind raising dust,
As strong as elephant tusk,
Fires warming in the dusk,
Ignited by the dry coconut husk.

Thoughts

I’m dehydrated in a desert I say,
But I know I’m lying, but why I’m in desperate need of water like substance.

I’m being followed I say,
But I know I’m lying, but why do I feel that desire is lurking in my shadows.

Could you please help me?
Help me to understand, why I’m giving into these delusional ideas.

Is it because I’m lonely,
Yes it is, and your love is in need to fill the hole.
This is the truth, for you are not a figment of my imagination.

Dreamland

Dreamland; a place of no boundaries. A place of several consequences, most in the light of morning. Sleepless escape, not from reality. The meaning unclear, the importance not. My mind is... absent. Void of liability, full of opportunity. Depths of night pass in mere seconds. There is my mother. Standing on grass, cracked and dehydrated. There for me. Blood in her ear, this is not real. Awaken relieved, albeit lonely. My mind still attached to the night, even in the sunrise.

The Living Death

Tonight, come for moon watch.
I will show you the night birds.

There was an impasse to find
the missing link for peace. A story
will not end in the water. A long
border was interrupted by the
wriggling snakes.

Of flesh. I will talk about the panic now.

You were collecting the flowers
from the ashes of dehydrated body.
I am leaving the race now,
to pay the debt of death.

A pink sky starts the endless struggle
to retrieve the black sun.
