Pitty-Pat, Dribble Drat

Again, I felt it skip a beat;
the heart goes pitty-pat.
It seems I am dehydrated;
I can’t imagine that.
If you don’t mind, I think I’ll pass;
I cannot down another glass
until I first excrete.
