Plaintiff,my eye glass,

Defendant,glass case,

Separated both,

Settlement sought,

File the case at the courts,

You are the Judge not a Juri today!

(One of the juries at a courts of law missed his eye glass case,
He messaged to his fellow juri to return it as per this message)...

Premium Member A Fallacy of Notion
Smack the Naysayer upside the head
far fewer would have been harmed
had citizens not been disarmed --

Forefathers wise for Second Amendment
which Naysayers habitually make defendant

a necessary tool
to keep safe even the fool
preventing complete social upheaval
while man, his soul, remains harbinger
of evil!...

Premium Member Impossible Task of Jury
The jury’s duty is impossible.
They have to decide who is lying.
The defendant says he is innocent.
Police say he is guilty.

Defense lawyer says he was falsely accused.
Points out his ex-wife works for the lab and wants him imprisoned.
Police detectives are leaning on the DNA blood evidence.
Who is lying and how many of them? It is a quandary....

Premium Member The Wall
The wall of russet brick, which, once resplendent,
ever crumbles leaving gaps; a toothless grin
slicing landscape. No longer the defendant
between the plebeians and the crown within,
the ancestral barrier is at death’s door;
rifled masonry builds shelter for the poor,
bridled meadows slowly overgrow the rest;
a child skips oblivious across, now blessed....

Jury Duty
Jury duty.
I get a letter in the mail the other day.
It said I had to appear for jury duty.
I was scared that I didn't know what to do.
I called the court house to see if I could get a leave.
But, they told me to appear tomorrow at 4.
I go to court all shaking and scared.
The called my name and I said.
Which case is it.
Then i laugh because i'm the
Defendant...

War Within
Awaken battlefield.
Wounded hearts show mercy.
Attentively they shield.
Endure it until tomorrow.
Authentically avenge.
My hearts alone, in raged.
Awkward they stair and cringe.
Our youths own mind is aged.
Wounded codependent.
Farewell handsome weather.
Nobel co defendant.
Wounded we will never.
Trusted conservative.
How dashing and full graced.
Twilight night we can’t live.
Their doings are erased....

Sidelines of Balance
when one thinks about the truth
go down the cave of
 love are called angular
rivers across the landscape of the resistance

we know the existence of happiness is
not an impulse in
 yourself or a mourning of
the absolute risk with the
air cleared up visions of our heaven
comes off the stand and the wild boar of Tempt
the defendant wishes to be the one to do revolutionary
thinkers tie on the sidelines of balance...

Trial
Fragile interpretation of deny
contemporary logic meets my eye
so grace in implication is the lie,
the harried, hurried knowledge ~ caught's apply!

So quietly in my statement's opening ply
am I defendant, or the plaintiff's cry.
Tis ignorance of worth, the jury's why
nor crime unsolvable could meet this ply!

Experience' motivation teaches try,
the risk behavior, pragmatism's sky
and looking upward, onward thus complies
affiliation's spiral ~ downward dies!...

Crashed By An Angel
(30/09/2011)

Logic isn’t that important
I’m right! -As a proved defendant-
From jails occupant to humanity servant

After days I had absorbed black steam of others’ fleshes
I got crashed by an angel, then refreshed
Certainly been in a wrong track
But God allowed me to weave my life back

All could change your way to many of pathways
But only one person grace,
Whose face been waiting to gaze
And whose love you’ve been dreaming to embrace
To guide you back to truth from crazy craze...

Prosecution Opens It's Case-Eight Word Challenge

A horde of illicit cartridge was brought into evidence
drawing a trifle smirk, albeit mordacious, from the
defendant, elderly and wizened, who's past crimes include
loiter, but was now inducted on child porn by the prosecution
throwing the proverbial shackled book at him, that elicit pages
of justice protecting the young innocent.
