Premium Member Soul's Wrinkles
What should worry us is not the presence of wrinkles on our face

But the bearing of wrinkles in our souls that may divinity debase!

The Hidden Contract
If we lived in a state
With no societal contract
Formal laws, constrained movement
or expression

Would that bring out
a hidden harmony?
or would humanity
debase and debauch
having no recourse
to reward and punishment?

Would we still exist, love, and share joy?
With no social control or design?...

Oklahoma City, April 19th, 1995
One dark, debase moment of human deceit,
Explodes bloody carnage down into the street.
Wallets and windows fly, smoking and smashed.
Marrow and metal land, mangled and mashed.
Fragments in coffins, sealed soft in this earth.
Prayers pronounce endings too soon after birth.
Witness the mothers, who shriek names and weep,
Then credit the Devil. His hands need no sleep....

Esau
When nothing true you world torment
And brother unlike brother contend
To debase your hunger, and no relent
To snatch at grace when all offend
You met him trembling in his wide fear
Submitting all he thought you wanted
And gave him hugs, kisses, and your tear
Who did the birth priesthood supplanted
So let me be constant when met again
With barren thy ridicule, no virtue is vain...

Illusion of Love.
Let our passion travel
                   As the speed of light;

Allow the snow to lick
                Our bodies and freeze

Ecstasy.

Devour this mystery
              Which time is unable to
Debase, where dreams are
                       As jeweled clocks.

Your truth
                 Lies within
                            The freedom of

           My castle walls....

Do not attempt to entertain with bold atrocities.
Do not think us lulled by mind numbing mediocrity.
The past the present meld, turn and burn with brash idiocy.
Unkindness will relent to core spirituality.

The horrors fed to masses freed or chained in lunacy,
will not debase the Grace of His supremacy.
Humanity WILL RISE, preserving the reality,
Not entertained nor lulled by governmental truancy!...

Omnium-Gatherum By Tom 8/9/2019 Omnium-Gatherum is merely a collection, Of persons, or sometimes, motley things. At times others presence causes me abjection, And variety rarely makes me, feel like kings. I enjoy others, but generally from a distance, And give few invitations into my personal space. Sometimes they’ve crept in, through insistence, But they’re never allowed, my tenets, to debase.

Premium Member In Due Season
In Due Season Miracle Man 8-1-2022 As the silence of dawn overtakes me, the wind whispers gently in my face. Unknown are things that might cause glee, but also those things that might debase. But I’ll take each thing just as it comes, knowing for all things God has a reason. Not allowing myself to entertain glums, but expect brighter times in due season. "For in due season we shall reap." (Galatians 6:9)

Crimson Fever
A piece of you to crush in rubs,
Tender heart in fury and snubs,
Lies in wait to cajole in cues,
As night sparkles to various hues;

I would fleece you with temptation,
Aflame delight in sensation,
Grapple your heart to touch my passion,
Before we shed our confusion;

Ebbed nausea within my desire,
Ignites to burn loves fire,
Timid in total surrender,
In love debase each offender;

Paint moments red with raptures,
Let you flounder in captures....

Premium Member DAY OF RECKONING
Karma one day we all must face.
For judgement day we now should brace.
Our collective greed - a disgrace.
Clever, we were thinking we’re ace.
But Mother Nature we debase
And pollute the whole of the place
Then try to cover up the trace.
We now are in a reckless race
As mammon we always embrace.
We are now running out of space
So that wildlife we must displace.
But sadly we cannot replace.
For judgement day we now should brace.
Karma one day we all must face.

Left, But Not Right
I, a cocoon lonely
in the corner of an empty room.
That face: encased
reached up knowing it's place.
With lips sublime
and eyes that shine.
You left,
feeling blindly in this cleft.
For that night,
dawn-less with bitter bite.

Coming down,
am I to be your clown?
From debase in utter haste,
I want to climb,
to stars that are mine.
Bereft of love:
the mood moves deft.
Within this plight
in the darkest of night:
I withdraw to tomb,
darkened as womb.

Was it too fast; to move you to past?...

Premium Member When Blessings Overflow
When blessings overflow
Beyond our dreams, beyond our needs
Let’s look to our brothers
Their table bare
Their children’s cries and stares
Their pain a stain
Etched in their brain
We can help erase
And do not debase
With cajoling and flattery
In this world ever changing
Who knows tomorrow?
What hand we may be dealt?
We could stand in their shoes, for all we know
Taste the bitter taste of poverty
When blessings overflow
Remember your brothers
Who walk the earth just as you...

Anachronism
Is the flowing rushing in...or,
is the flowing rushing out?

Are we returning to where it all begins,
or is it the consequence of doubt,
if an altered state is out of place
positioning one in the wrong period,
false impressions may debase
sequential are the myriad...

They say,lie with dogs you get their fleas,
it's not the dog you should be concerned...
you never know,
what kind of disease lies within' the flea.

(the flea is a metaphor for attitude and impressions)...
