Rumbling down the road,
Over potholes, bumps and hills,
Active backseat of kids
Dead set on not taking spills.

Trying to make it home,
Rain was causing delay.

Of course,

   The words just came out flowing;
No sight
Beyond tonight,
He fought -
   Without him even knowing.
Regret -
He was dead set
Against
   Defending what they’re showing.
Revenge
A bitter end,
He taught
   To mouth’s he thought were crowing....

A Wolfish Moon Shines

Beneath shining wolfish moon's silhouette
light cascading down upon our sweet earth.
Halloween spiders with their webs dead set
new victims racing for all they are worth.
