All For Love
Poor octogenarian Darrell,
At Niagara with his young bride, Carol,
The love struck old geezer,
In order to please her,
Plunged over the falls in a barrel....

Premium Member Stop Bringing Your Garbage Home
Trapped beneath the clouds
of someone else’s misery
Hearing of their crappy job
take’s such a toll on me

If you don’t enjoy your work
then simply walk away
Don’t bring your garbage home
and dump it every day

Angel Dust
Her wing reached down and touched me…
Was it real or was it dream?
Her broken halo splashed, in my fabricated stream…
She fell from heaven with her passion and her lust…
But in the end there was nothing left but her angel dust...

Premium Member The Shifting Sands Of Eternity
Reflecting on a past....
which I regret does not exist,
while gazing into a future,
I know shall never be....

I recognize the time has come,,,,
to surrender what could have been....
to the ever shifting sands,,,
of my eternity....

For Darrell
Let me fall into your arms
Because I've been waiting
For to long.

Aching for your ips
To be pressed against my skin,
To feel that spark of love
That i haven't felt
n what feels like a life time.

Calm my speeding heart
As I make yours race
With a kiss
To prove my love....

Premium Member Thank You
Shall I thank you now for the permanence of this heartache forever impossible to set aside ?

This tale of loss slowly to be chiseled into the tender tissues of my heart, finding color not with artist brush but with scar of painful memory ...

yet still I say thank you......
for in those memories lie the unspoken gain of having once loved

We pass through this world pretending we belong
Failing to consider we won’t be here very long

Clinging to the illusion we’re in control
Yet at the end of our dilution wait’s a graveyard hole

They’ll dig it wide and six feet deep
The guy who dig’s it will lose no sleep

We’re just one more stiff who pay's his bills.
Fill's his car and buy’s his meals

Day of mourning
for the music world
the red bearded god is slain
upon the stage his blood was spilt
metal will never be the same
a guitar genius
the best there was
his brother Vinnie
sick with loss
no-one else can fill his shoes
he played it all
from rock to blues
Dimebag Darrell
rest in peace
a blacktooth i drink for you
the Hendrix of our generation
live forever like all legends do...

Premium Member We Shall Dance Through Eternity
There is and always will be a piece of your heart living and beating within mine. I hold it close and the day will never be that I release or neglect it.

I cherish every memory of you my muse and will love you always.
I wish you every joy, every happiness, every comfort life may bring to your path, for in my eyes you and I dance eternal within the common dust from which we were formed……

Premium Member My Proclamation Of Love
It matters not while in dark of night exclaimed in moment of passion or in fullness of day exposed on height of mountaintop , my promise is, was and forever shall be formed from within the depths of my heart and soul as I proclaim my undying love for you. I will always love you to the fullness of all I am.
No matter the hour. No matter the day. No matter the season. My love will follow you forever.

The Blue Soul
Here I am in the place of my fitting,
tracing this life I'LL soon be quitting!
Dwelling in a world truly of hell,
with feelings so blue one couldn't tell!
So be it right or be it wrong,
I sing tonight my saddest song,
of this world I don't belong,
Love so weak hate so strong!
The hour draws near to my final breath,
I look and smile at the face of death!
But if I die what will be?
another hell eternally upon me!!?

Premium Member The Silence of My Logic
Swept away by rivers not of my understanding for never before have currents run so deep and swift within me - driven by the unbridled power of my passions.

A man of logic...... or so I claim, yet now found clearly broken by the torment of my soul. Tears flow unceasingly as my broken heart wretches at the impossible solution to the unfathomable question:

How can I leave ? How can I stay?

......And I am deafened..........
By the Silence of My Logic
