But the Pastor called the Police men
So I am in custody waiting for trial

Willow
Weeping Willow tree,
wave gently over me,
hide me from the breeze.

I wish to serve cake, peppermint tea,
Delighted you munch so happily
no other place, I would rather be..
then sheltered in wispy custody....

Rotten
It isn't just incompetence
That leads a custody evaluator
To to clean up messes
For bad actors,
To justify
The unjustifiable,
To gloss over
The vital,
It isn’t just incompetence,
It's the rotten system
That the custody evaluator
Has been marinating in.

Souls In Heaven
Souls in Heaven.

First, was Neda, then Sahar, now Mahsa.
She was forced to bend her soul.
Once again, a woman died.
The government's sordid role.

Mahsa's death in custody,
Must be steadfastly investigated.
So Ebrahim Raisi said.
Once again, Iranians will feel frustrated.

Invaded Identity
I am me
Who said this?
So is my body
An invaded custody
Occupied by her
Thoughts and memories
Two sided glossaries
Not a reflection is mine
That would determine
My own identity
Out of my sanctity

I may be a string
Of any cacophonous Sitar
Where she creates
On my wounds
Riot of sounds
Without bounds...

Be Not Proud
The great be not proud
when greatness you enjoy
is of under-hand games
dark hours toll their bells

Wards are ready for custody
syringes and bandages wait
glands shall be dry of tears
none at all will emerge
for your noble chaotic order

That day clouds will riot
to carry you on the journey
across the great destiny seas...

Wards of the State
In the wards of the state
Custody is gruesome
We breathe and speak our constraints
Looming from hallway rumors

I am the hawk in the clock
Shaking hands with fate
Existing in between discretion

Charged with numbers
Time is the shock of stillness
We foam with desire
And wrench our poison pens

They train us like fire dogs
A hazard to be expunged...

Lord, I'M Divorcing My Past
I'm Divorcing My Past ,
Lord, I'm divorcing my pain .
I'm divorcing my doubts
all my set backs ,Lack of judgments .
The judge for all is : God .

The reward for it all is that
I got full custody of my destiny .
And full custody of my life .
God divorced me from my past
so that my future can be leased
and my destiny can be fulfilled ....

Crustacean Canto
Lobsters packed in eighteen-wheelers grapple with their feelings. A mass custody of shrimps spoon together still pink with passion. Crabs cross-dress bound more-or-less to nips of salty resentment. A soupçon of sea bugs dished up on bright porcelain plates. Fresh alien captives worth more alive than dead until we break bread.

Cupidity, Confabulation and Their Cosy Custody of Crime Royal
His point-blank, most promising laurel lost
Long, long his e'er-lasting longing lingers
His muse becomes bedridden under freezy frost
Yet his nikhedonic mindscape ne'er malingers
Surging from mood's winters and merging its splinters
Ramrodding illusion-edified effulgences into his emulous edacity
Without knowing whether with reluctance or with alacrity...

Despite the promises to stay to one another true

In sickness or in health, and till death do them part.

Vows made by newlyweds are not often carried through.

Oh, if every person could love with all their heart,

Resisting anything leading them astray -

Cutting ties and facing things like child custody.

Enough is enough . . . yet people change; thus D I V O R C E...

Supreme Justice
One upon a nightmare,
There were dueling fairy godfathers
Different ideals for the same concepts
 Supreme Justices
Put the people on trial
Now it's Shared land vs Shared strife
It's just a domestic terror dispute
Why can't we have joint custody?
Are we dooming our children to
Early graves?
They'll divorce themselves from
The faith we held in fairy tales

Anti-war, yep. Not sorry....

Chained Melody
Chained to haunting melody –
Caged next to delirium,
Fantasy moves me
Paralyzed –

Distanced from very reality –
Solitary, this custody,
Love fuels me
Empty –

Silence is my beating heart –
In the night so worn,
Yearn drapes me
Cold –

Despair, the bleeding fare –
Vacant eyes the portal,
Hands leave me
Desolate –

Chained to his haunting melody -
Walking with a ghost,
Covet moves me
Still –...

Ignorance
With open ears and a closed mind
I basked in the sun of information
I swam in deep seas
Of knowledge
Breathed in corrections
Just to later breath out fury
Paranoid of my pride’s fate
Believed I was an island
So I wrecked every ship
In my radar

Turned off every light
You may say I was up tight
But from the comfort of the dark
That was surely right
I only applauded ideas
In my custody
Perceived everything as stupidity...

Today
The Custody Agreement

Today I won’t see him anymore
Just snowball marks on my door
For today he has gone away
And I have no say

Today he won’t be near
And in my heart this is clear
The week is done
And so too is my fun

Today I am alone
The worst feeling I've ever known
I know Wednesday will come
But right now I am numb

Today has done all of this
Taken again, the one I miss
Leaving me with little more
Than snowball marks on my door...

Christmas Gift
If I could steal the fire from those eyes
and take them to rule the darkest skies,
We would sit every wintry December
near an adorned pine tree to remember:
when a chorus cried a Christmas’ melody,
You held my heart under your custody.

While I untie a bow after a bow,
giving you three kisses over the brow,
You show me the final wrapped gift:
A green butterfly on the finger you lift.
I blow softly and she flies faraway,
You are all mine on this Christmas day....

Premium Member Swiped Her Heart
She was blessed with one baby
Truly best part of her life
Shared custody with her ex

Simply took her breath away
He was growing up so fast
Little darling with big heart

Dad’s unsafe tires and black ice
Was all it took to return
Her lil’ angel to heaven

No number of told you so’s
Would ever change the outcome
In a daze she walks about
With a big black gaping hole
Where her heart used to once beat

A Tear Drop At Chibok
Chibok!
O tear drop at Chibok streets of
chibok,
Filled with sad memories.
Estranged families,full of fear.
Sad people,from my eyes dropped
A tear drop.

Memories of our children,
Stolen to be sold.
A story of terror which is true and
left untold.
What will stop the terror, when in
our custody the chief of staff we
hold.

Mindless politics
An unaltruisic mechnic.
Please we need our children.
Forget ambitions and make their
search emphatic....
