Premium Member The Word Evil Is Evil

The word “evil” is described as this A word describing a real ugly abyss Nothing is almost evil It is or isn't believable Goes to show how much we really missed
Form: Limerick

Faith In the Prophetic

It can never be
This heart's fallacy;
True love dawning's, truly
Makes peaceable.
Unless through this word
Are touched by the Lord;
Earth, as paradise, restored
Makes believable.

Premium Member I Need To Believe I Am

Idealistic? I certainly hope so.
Hopeful? I dare to say yes.
Optimistic? I need to believe I am.
Believable? I do not care one whit about that.
Truthful? Undoubtedly, sometimes a bit too much so.
Lovable? It depends on my mood, and how well I like you.

Never Believe the Believable

Everything is more fun
if you start in the middle
even if you know the start
the middle always comes
so did you read the start of my poem
or are you back to here
and is this the last sentence?
and why make puzzles you can solve
yes
and this is the last sentence

Act I

The only thing I have for you
The perfect heart
The perfect soul
The perfect light for you to hold

Right now we see the curtains opening
We still have a little time

So brighten your eyes
And I'll paint my face

Our show with be believable
Just another measure to take

The Lady In the Lake

The lady in the lake
satiated no more
sends a thousand wavelets
to worry the shore

Motion and music her
special blend
beneath the baton
of the conductor wind

A soothing libation
was my sunset intention
destroyed by a blackbird's
red-winged invention

So much for Happy Hour,
(and if you find it believable
the wind is as reckless
as Evel Kneivel)

Miracle

I work for things deemed sensible
and avoid the junk dispensable
while seeking what's appreciable
to learn just what's achievable

while backwards reprehensible
where everything's disposable
and all that's left that's savable
is garbage that's recyclable

So say a prayer that's plausible
and hold mankind accountable
to keep your faith believable
that there's a God perceivable

Illusion

You played my mind
With that tricky style

That untamed shimmer in your eye
Leaves my world upside down

You disappeared like Houdini
And came back with nonchalance

You shared a new world
Then took it all back

You held me and soothed me
You whispered love to my soul

But you lied, and you stabbed me
Yet I stand tall, unbroken

You are too real to be real
Too believable to believe

Divine Poetry

Divine instrument, is poetry
and only poetry with her magic vision,
who describes
the indescribable,
defines the indefinable,
exults the verisimilitude
of the simple, because
exceeds any limit
of the believable and the incredible
breaking the shackles
  of the mysteries..
Simplifying and demystifying
the obscurities by clarifying
any and all secrets
exposing emotional beauty
of poetry...!

What Hurts More

What hurts more, the truth?, or the fact you knew you were right all along. Why do lies seem more believable?, than the truth itself. Why do people pretend things aren't happening?, when they really are. Why do people put faith in other people?, only to be let down. Why do people keep trying to love?, only to be hurt again. The truth hurts yes, knowing the truth before hearing it is worse. M.Mahauariki © 2012

Premium Member Who Made Whom?

Lean closer, dear friend, my secret to hear.
Speak softly, Mr. Know-it-all is near.
I am unsettled by his depiction -
a poetic character of fiction.
It is I who created that sad man,
not so believable, but I did try.
Admittedly, he's poorly drawn, that guy.
When he cares, he acts like he doesn't.
If he says his heart's in it, it wasn't.
You'll soon forget him. He will disappear.
So depend on me. I'll always be here.

You Can a Spitting Fire Douse

When you a petty thief house,
Expect a dramatic disappearance of your blouse
And one other filmic vanishing and sure goodbye
With his waiting, believable alibi.
When you all . webs browse,
Not against this holding a grouse,
You’ll definitely see
What shall make you feel at sea…

When you can’t from your hair extract a louse
You might not out-smart a cornering mouse…

If you can powerful emotions arouse,
You can a spitting fire douse!

"Decomposed By The So Called True" (11409)

I have lost the fight, with I no longer in the win
defeat is only a push away

break me into many alone pieces, to shrewd the some of me into
none

washed in blood's open weakness, no tears should be in the colors of
red

wonder not, the rot of me, deterioration is but a lie of many unjust beings
who were (wear) out the weakened with the not true and believable lies~

You Stupid Sod

Liars are the only ones who don’t believe their lying,
Even when you catch them out they just continue trying,
telling lies with such conviction
they overlook their contradictions
catch them out and they will surely
go back and change the story
their golden rule is never admit or confess
the art of self delusion, liars are the best
it takes a mighty fool
to think they are believable
and that person is themselves
absolutely no one else

Tell Me

Tell me my story,
I have quite forgotten
truth from fiction
my reality is a snail shell,
a spiral inwards
into an unpublished past.
I was never true; never false,
just not yet concluded
last pages still flutter loose
in a dust-storm.
Write me a novelty
some popular tale
I once told myself.
Keep it fake
keep it believable
keep it for tomorrow
when my reading glasses
return from the blind gods of
past & future
say nothing of this moment.

Valentine1(06)

Value of love cannot be written in a single word.
A sentence will not truly pay homage toward,
Letting complete feelings be shown undeniably.
Even not a paragraph may allow it victoriously.
Novels may deliver a small detail of my fancy.
Telling in words will be believable for just a spell.
Indefinite knowledge of this must grow from infancy.
Never faulting, never delaying, and continuing to swell,
Effulgence of our passions with focus on eternal intimacy.

Opinions
By Franklin Price

Opinions do not lack supply
They come from everywhere
Many have no basis
From ones who think that's fair

The more appalling all the better
Just to think and spit it out
Pulling opinions out of butts
Is what it's all about

Not long ago opinions
Thought out and qualified
Now like our gone ancestors
True opinions up and died

Now if it sounds believable
To only just a few
Making lies opinions
Is anything but new

Falling Action Finality

trying to relax in the middle of constant noise
though it is just you and me pretending with glee
attempting to smile and present myself with believable poise
though it is just you and me with crayons creating a sloppy version of 'free'

deep inside we can feel ourselves drifting further away
the blood of our wounded bond is disguised by invisible ink
there is no value or gain in the useless game that we play
when we do not even try to unite the original root of the link

Premium Member Let Yourself Be

The talents in you are more believable
		When you are you
			Be yourself

The abilities in you are more pronounced
		When you are relaxed
			   Exhibit them

The life in you is more vital
		Than any bad news
			  Cherish this

The good in you is stronger
		Than any bad day
			Remember that

Your best cheerleaders are
		Rooting for you
                                        Believe in them.
The enthusiasm in you
		Finds the best in others
			Let it guide you

The Unexplained

Every day you go to work
And hop into your vehicle
Not a thought or say a word
About if the job is meaningful
You sacrifice a lot of time
And try to be agreeable
Often sold on common goals
It all sounds so believable
Any goal that is your own
Should not include your brothers
Because his goals you may not know
And are hard to go discover
Upper hands are gained
Not by ones that tell the other
Because what is not explained
Sustains impressions that you're under

Bearly Believable

A woman in Alaska,
With her brother on a hike,
Never dreamed that on a bathroom break
Unpleasantness would strike.

She sat down on the toilet
In an outhouse near a yurt
When she felt like something bit her
And she screamed because it hurt.

Her brother raced inside to see
Perhaps a squirrel there
But a glance into the bowl revealed
None other than a bear!

The wounds were superficial
But be warned before you strut
Into an Alaskan outhouse
Or a bear could bite your butt!
