Dawn awakenings
~the golden touch from your scence
smelling of jasmine
~mediterranean side
where the moon kisses the sun
accepting intermediate awakenings
be mindful lest pride arise
neither seeking nor anticipating outcomes
embrace each offered surprise
Dream...into thoughts of paradise
A stream turned waterfall arc's a rainbow
The sun's beam tints the hues
Reflections of glitter, gleam
Awaken smiling...to beauty's extreme
THESE
marbles that roll
inside my head
BECOME
a flaming fire
when I dream in bed
AWAKENINGS
from these nightly rituals
writing this crap down is
my morning habitual
The apple hit Sir Isaac Newton on his head
~ Just imagine if he'd awakened dead

poignant neurons
swim in the memories
of anarchic past
soul searching spiritual
wanderers
seminal liberations
ingenious awakenings
spring head of regenerations
music is remembrance
of your breath

AWAKENINGS
transitory
remnants
gathered
symbols
covering
contours

dialectics
in
preserved
blurred
splendour
vanity
meditate
on
past

transient
dimensions
Physical death employees
Triumphant afterlife theater
crystal wind spirits flow
temples of awakenings
sunset wings singing
fields forever new of
even counsel innocence
burgeoning light presence
Tao Te Ching pages
Rain whispers wind against my cheeks
Softly promising Summer secretly
An early taste of April awakenings
The maple has dripped a puddle of sap
To add color to the damp driveway
I am sorely tempted to stand under it
In openmouthed pleasure
Rune awakenings
Wise ones nurture my rapture
kindred souls share my light halo
The “Presence” guides lessons learned
(Rune-characters written in ancient languages to explain text. Mystical meaning, casting spells in poems, sayings or aphorisms.)
Awakenings
Waking thoughts
Fields are clear
Morning’s harvest
Reap idea’s
Grab a keyboard
Grab a pen
Or grab a hoe
But start digging
Morning moments
Nurture notions
At this time
Our thoughts are potent

Streets love desperation
Somewhere old awakenings
visit the future
This world is failing
Our time unsure…
For the guillotine
surrounds my consciousness
Wrapped in blood…in tears
My head fits firmly in the stocks
Just waiting for the world
to mock my severed life

beyond blue mountains
deep gold horizon sunrise
a peach rose unfurls
suddenly so green
and baby jays are singing
blindsided by spring
rise up at pink dawn
the early bird is crowing
miles before moonlight
sweet kindergarten
where minds begin to wander
here there everywhere
Purple pasque flowers crown springtime
Unselfish heart pure gold joy chime
Rebirth awakenings pinks rhyme
Pansies jump on spring chant sublime
Lilac grace of night wish to climb
Euphoric beauty in its prime

“NEW AWAKENINGS!”
Hummingbird soar with your tiny might
Great red fuchsias are at bloom again
Red purity so beguiling a call so bright
Brings you forth to carry your aim
To help propagate new life next spring
Nature's awakening call will always 'ring'

Artist & Poet
'twas on a matopoeic morn
woken by the crack of dawn
fell out of bed
'pon my head
feeling floored
and quite forlorn
and so as not to wake my neighbours
I stifled an almighty yawn
but yet again
all at sea
afloat on board a boat
by an ocean wave
my sleep was wrecked
when debunked
and then decked
Mysterious new awakening
of eyes that yet to see
Has brought about new ideals
and changes there for me
I have no recollection
of the days within my past
But, yet I see tomorrows
with a life, not gone so fast
Into these days I’ll give my all
to keep my perspective true
In these days of new awakenings
I see within them, you
Let me walk the sands divine
My feet in the ground of time
Where every breaking of a New Day
A promise awaits
The moment pulls forth a season
Where past is behind
The present meets the future
Somewhere not so distant
New Life greets with a sweet calling
Never too late for fresh awakenings
In the deep recesses of time
Mystery Unfolds
intermediate awakenings
offer heart delight
which is good
but then
ego hijacks
the understanding
affirming interpretations
viewed through mind
thereby distorting
the clear truth
and this is the trap
our presence falls into
so it is back to staid stillness
where by so becoming
we shine as the light
of pure awareness
which we are
shrinking roses
possessing oceans
conjoined twins
a paradigm shift
life is a celebration
mountains opening their skin
eruptions of blissful springs
blossoming into lusty rivers
radical shifts of conscience
the fiery passions
rising surface tensions
of spiritual awakenings
new bondage of the soul
work is love expressed

early one morning
born in late March
Arrived with a gust of spring
in time for awakenings
for trees to bud and come alive
for birds to chirp
their sweetest chants
born in late March
early one morning
in the midst of exuberance
as an awesome tribute to life
a prime chance for renewals
grand-daddy’s pride and joy

extended experience of
profound awakenings
order and clarity
in the garden of your beings
did you sing for the withering
flowers or the blossoming buds
enlightened new paradigms
tremulous shadows
do you sing for her pleading eyes
or desolate tormented soul
or the wounded hearts
writhing in the slavery
of their thoughts

vincible mortal with an invincible Soul
that won't surrender,
how many times
have I taken
credit for Your Power
When I was in fact powerless
never say never
Only you Almighty
Know this
still my soul cries for You
Deep Awakenings free me
From mortality
Chains of bondage placed
There by an ego much
too naive and pompous...
i give this second to You
Green twigs drip late into the day,
birdsongs bloom from the windblown.
Soft are the veins that leach from new leaf.
Sweet the prodigal sap that seeps.
Earthworms salt and curl in the opulent swirl,
swell in the muddy and proclaiming.
Full are the snuggery wombs.
Full the burgeoning buds.
Fulsome the wellsprings,
the green hush of new awakenings.
