From Me To You

Ashes to Ashes
Dust to Dust
I shed my ashes
Onto those who believe
To those who love me
To those who need me
Ashes to Ashes
Dust to Dust

Ashes to Ashes

For now I’ll whisper upon the past

To perhaps let some hardness of mine go

And travelled a bit lighter then,

Hoping to consider the end.

C'Est La Vie

"Ashes to ashes; dust to dust"?
It seems our lives our filled with lust
When facing the sod
Who cares about God?
Give us a girl with a big bust!

Ashes

Ashes to ashes,
flutter down,
scatter me
upon the ground.
Lye there helpless
so that you step on me
and I'll just stay down
in the ashes of me.

In the solitary hours
cigarettes are my only friends.

Flames of love are a distant past;
the future too far a journey.

Ashes to ashes
in this house of shadows.

Satan Is

SATAN is:

a mind bending
  never ending
     reptilian
    slithering
   underbelly
      licking
    taste of
ashes to ashes
      and
dust to dust
      fame.

Ashes To Ashes

Only the dead
see an end
to war

Ashes to ashes
dust
keeping score

Only the living
revere
the dead

The past
in exile
—the future in dread

The day dawns arid and dry,
even the houseflies refuse to come out.

Whatever shall the old uncles do
to count the minutes until sunset?

It really doesn’t matter much,
it’s ashes to ashes; dust to dust.

Long Live . . .

Ashes to ashes, dust to dust
Oh but why on earth did I make such a fuss
Kicking and screaming they dragged me to my fate
Upholding my legion I suffered extensive berate
But why isn't chocolate a more feudal must!!

Ashes to ashes, dust to dust,
body form returns to earth’s crust,
whilst soul eternal, yet lives on,
soon in another realm reborn,
until each desire’s relinquished
and all ego spawned fears vanquished.

Ashes to ashes

This is the day

Of that reminder..

Two stories leap

One of a missing

Between

The other of

Beginnings and

Endings and a

Between lived

In joy and sorrow..

These two

Are not two...

Generous Lady

Ashes to ashes
Dust to dust, many tears shed
Mother in laws dead

Lawyers called, wills read
Hope she left me something good
Dear mother in law

Im please to tell you
She left two million dollars
Lucky cats dogs home

Reflective Soul

Reflective Soul

the bottom of my coffee cup
swirling darkness
an extinguished cigarette
ashes to ashes
an enormous smile
eroding sculpture
once pounding heart
barely audible
creative mind
dulled by thought

reflective soul.....

Battlefield

Ominous dawn murderous day
warhorse hooves defeated flay

Mace and axe steel to bone
vacant eyes face of stone

Natures tears from mothers eyes
never these loins a son will rise

Courage worn in tattered skin
ashes to ashes as all begin

After Life

Ashes to ashes,
Dust to dust,

While you were alive,
Who did you trust,

Did you trust the One,
That did so much,

Or were you blinded,
By vanity,the evil touch,

The choice was yours,
Who did you choose,

God,you have won,
The devil ,you loose......

Freedom

Like ashes to ashes
Or the crushed wings of a moth
My body will wither
Will turn into dust
My soul, worn and tattered
Shall never be shattered
Will shine through the rust
Won’t waver or dither
To break free of all its cloth
It dashes, it dashes

Ashes To Ashes

Like a moth to the flame,
I long for the pain.
Just to feel...real.
As many times as I'm seared,
I just keep coming back.
Broken and scarred past all redemption,
There is no salvation for the damned...
Falling deeper into my tortured soul,
The pain burns so good...

Ashes to Ashes

A devoutly religious man once said to me, "Everything you touch turns to dust when it should be turning into gold!" Afterwards I thought to myself, "Has he really forgotten that it is written, 'Ashes to ashes, dust to dust'?" So now I'm left wondering: was he criticizing me or God?

Doll House

Doll house

Smoke came from the attic
the doll house was aflame.
Burnt down to ashes
as were the small figurine
that lived noiselessly
in childhood memories.
A casket
tiny music box had a dancer
buried
at the bottom of the garden.
Ashes to ashes.
Even memories will vanish.

Back In Time

Ashes to ashes ,
Dust to dust,
Send me back to my unborn days,
Send me to save myself
From this horrible plot of my life
The terrible script of my story.
Send me back to delete the first scene of my life,
Ship me back to the past to switch off my tiny heartbeat, to cut the story short.
