1000 Times

Some times when some 1 calls 1000 times
You don’t bother to even give it attention
But at times you get that 1 special invite
You go 1000 times ….

May you be blessed…
wherever you go…
the older and older you grow…
that 1000 smiles
accompany every mile
and at least one twinkle
finds its way into every wrinkle.

Remake of the Chorus of the Song 1,000 Miles

now i wonder
if i could kiss you in the night
do you think i could turn back time
because you know i'd apologize a thousand times
just to hug you
just to kiss you
tonight

Premium Member 1000 miles

And if a thousand miles
separate us,
I am happy,
That we know each other.
Because you're one of those kinds of humans
One can never forget -

     because you are something special!!

1000 Miles

I never thought it would be
an island that's never alone
it brought us together
miles away
and no one would've thought
Add up all the hours
and it will far surpass the miles
but I still wish you were right here next to me

Premium Member 1,000 Kisses

We made a bet
I hope to win
And if I do
I'm cashing in

One kiss per poem
You promised me
If I reached 1,000
Collectively

So I made a wish
May it come true
You might not remember
But I certainly do

1,000 poems
I'm almost there
Then 1,000 kisses...
Everywhere

1,000 Horses

1,000 raging horses,
Spurred by the flames of wildfire on their tails,
Harnessed, with Iron chains,
To the locket box harboring your heart,
Could not shred one splinter
From that box
As the unbreakable power of your love
Holds firm the reins,
Through the fire of life,
Of the thousand raging horses
Of my heart.

Elon’s SpaceX will be such a boon,
as we jet to the far reaches soon.
This coil won’t contain us;
get a tan on Uranus,
ski the slopes on Pluto by moon.

Now it’s not that I mean to be crass,
but I mustn’t let one detail pass.
Don’t be caught unawares
by the spike solar flares;
those waivers don’t cover your ass.

1000 Pieces

I will leave it all to you
Whatever that means
As I haven't a clue

But if you maybe do
Can you get out the glue
To stick it all back together
Including the jigsaw to
And then find those missing pieces
Not square or linear like the edges
But the hard to fit ones
We never finished
To complete our 1000 pieces

1000 Lives

I'll die tonight
But i know I'll resurrect in the morning
The son...

7 days I'll be walking
With 12 men, friends as adepts:
We be adapting; selling dreams,
That light: don't ever be afraid to shine
Luminous weeeee...

About to join the whole
Whoa never imagined it would be
Meeeeee,
Lives so many had to die thousand times,
Whoooooaaa!

1000 Eyes

1000 eyes are watching me,

Watching from above,

But neither one could foresee,

The tragedy, the love, the joy,

That comes in and out of my life,

Like a never ending tide,

As I look to the stars,

Shining in the sky,

I wonder who can see me now.

And what would they make of me and my life?

Eyes are everywhere,

Everywhere you go.

1,000 Words Too Late

My friend
The brine that stains my will
Searching
For your warmth to end my chill

And then I find
Through reminders
Indifference is worse than hate

A picture couldn’t say enough
1,000 words too late

Why
Do I continue to remain?
The high
Has evolved into pain

A source I loved
My skies above
Are obscured by your face

Your eyes twinkle like the stars
Deny me a taste

1000 Watt Smile

That thousand watt smile..
No one competed by a mile
Her beauty and her grace made the pain so worthwhile

She was sweet, she was pure
Even a little insecure
Yet the twinkle in her eye was her charming signature

The wonder in her eyes
Like watching oceans rise
Like trying to catch a galaxy but you fall into the skies

To the flowers in her hair
And the reverence in the air
A thousand sunshines later, you’ll remember her I swear
