1000 Pieces

I will leave it all to you
Whatever that means
As I haven't a clue

But if you maybe do
Can you get out the glue
To stick it all back together
Including the jigsaw to
And then find those missing pieces
Not square or linear like the edges
But the hard to fit ones
We never finished
To complete our 1000 pieces

That is a lot. The most I ever did was 500 with my daughter. She quit when we found 5 corners. I continued. I finished. Turns out... there was one extra corner. Someone else had a box with one less. This is a fun poem. It is well written and interesting. Ann

Ahh thank you Ann for your kind comment. Apologies for not responding sooner... I build eco houses and have been busy putting them together .. I don't know what I would do finding an extra corner.. as I would be flummoxed.. so we'll done you for finishing your jigsaw.. Best wishes DAMO
