My Love, my Lord
I love you beyond reason;
I love more than just in season(s);
You are my hope, my joy my demeanor;
And Father, you are my heart;
The very reason, I wake up:
Hallelujah
MINE LOVE FOR YOU UNCONDITIONAL
And The more I praise;
My heart beats yeah!
And my love for you conditional;
My hope it is seal, in you
And for all my days
When I pray, more so in praise
I am ever soul thank-full in amazed
That you love a one as me
MINE LOVE FOR YOU UNCONDITIONAL
You are my hope, my joy my demeanor;
I love more than just in season(s);
I love you beyond reason;
My Love, my Lord
And Father, you are my heart;
The very reason, I wake up:
Hallelujah
My Love, my Lord My Love MINE LOVE FOR YOU UNCONDITIONAL

Melting words together for twenty-three years
Poetry filled with joy and tears through the years
Twenty-six letters jump around and make things better
Poetry as an autobiography is the result
A story is told
There is a need to be bold and
Remain consistent in writing about life
Some poems will come across as heavy
But there is a need to bare all truth
Because the art of poetry is a seal in time
Poetry as an autobiography
Bridges the gap between the past and the present
It holds up the banner and
Reveals the manner of the heart at a certain hour
The power of words brings forth a truth that
Can be read for many generations because
Many might also go through the same scenario!
Melting words together for twenty-three years
Poetry filled with joy and tears through the years
Twenty-six letters jump around and make things better
Poetry as an autobiography is the result

Breaking through the titled ceiling,
my voice survived unnamed
Unleashed to save the future past,
with words their truth proclaimed
All time bereft of judgment,
all feelings self contained
Diploma mailed but left unsigned
—its seal in freedom stained

The beautiful sight, the sun immaculate
We walked into the pet store
Not knowing what was to come
One look at her, and she filled my heart
Her eyes glimmered like the ocean blue
As she pranced around her cage
Hoping that today someone would take her home
Her fur was like a winters blanket so soft
Its grayish blue color memorized me
The warmth in her body made my heart beat
She “purred” for me as she nestled in my arms
I felt like I knew her, but this was the first time
Her nose as precious as the streak of white
That ran down her back, her meow so subtle
Patience so sweet, nothing was wrong on the outside
But on the inside she was sick
Her presence like a baby
Fought daily to live, and harder to love
How could I have ever known she carried a disease
I wanted her with me, but was too afraid
For a cat as special as her, I never wanted to lose
Her presence touched my heart,
And signed her seal in my soul

Sea-Lion
I saw a seal in Durban big and sleek and its smile
Was wondrous, I think it had green eyes, right,
But, I’m not a very god swimmer and is sceptical
Of water, mermaids and swimming pools.
By chance, I saw a sleek woman cleaning a pool
And it was morning, she had green or blue or
Perhaps brown eyes of the type lionesses have
When a lion, has caught a prey it has to give it
Up when hyenas come around.
Conquests are a hyena’s fare but it lacks delight
And the ability to laugh. The seal from Durban
I remember so well, had a hearty laughter and
A smile “thousand miles.” Am I getting confused
Talking about lions and seals? Not at all but it was
A female and she sat my heart aflutter.

(Glorified Pear Honey)
The lowly pear,
no zip, no burn.
Major juice, anemic flavor.
Add orange and lemon for bite.
Grind all to blend.
Add sugar for sweetness,
cook, covered, in 200 degree oven,
eight or more hours,
as you sleep.
Upon awakening,
add maraschino for color,
seal in sterilized jars,
store in pantry.
Pear Honey
on morning toast,
grants a baklava morning,
without the fat.

To see what I can become is a death without dyeing.
Here and now I let you know, have no powers of flying.
Powers I was born with are truly magical and beyond.
Incantations I speak are from the old language in bond.
Bonded to the facts that self-gain, comes back three fold,
This seal in the book that has been guarded and untold.
I shall not gain love from any spell that I should make.
Neither shall I change or sway anything for my sake.
Though upon my eighteenth birthday, love came for me.
Now I must choose magical powers or my love for thee.
My heart knows the answer, so thus I choose mortality.
So I close the book, ring the bell, light the candle internally.
Now you know my secret I have held as well my diversity.
I shall love you forever and be your husband beyond eternity.

Her name for now, I wish to conceal
And when I make my case i will reveal
Well then, I hope we have a deal
Combing the streets of the suburb, I've always thought ideal
Mostly, it helps my shattered and dejected heart to heal
Once in a while I come across this seal.....
Pardon me... I know i don't sound real
No seal will comb the streets hoping to find a meal
More importantly a seal in the streets sound surreal
But I'm only likening her beauty to that of a seal
And if its ever possible, her beauty I would wish to steal.....
To be Continued........

like steps sublime his grace prime the I am before line upon line above the rhyme thrill

There was a seal in the sky today
Along came a bear
Who wanted to play
Then he turned into a swan
As if by the wave of a magic wan
Then there was a father playing with his son
Holding him up as if they were one
Dog was playing with elephant
Barking, jumping, romping fun
Somehow transformed by the sun
Elephant trunk high in air
Calling all animals not to despair
Earthlings are going to save the day
Then we'll all have time to play
Turtle swimming in the blue
Having so much fun
Away from the zoo
One lone cloud covering the sun
Moved right along, now there are none

Form: I do not know?
Sun, my ever coming, now my ever going friend!
Mourn not, angelic mate, though this is the end
For as I watch how parts of you are slowly gone-
Still, others greet you on your shining throne.
But dear Sun? Why yet you grieve?
I never wanted more to leave!
Feel not forlorn- I'm just forsaking life-
This child of Death, this much false strife.
The game of Life's designed to betray
All hopes, all dreams...I cannot stay,
For every night when in bed I lay
In grave to wake up I cease not to pray.
He'll never slake his thirst for pain.
I'll leave him first- by my own hand slain.
Oh, thank you, Sun! Thy smile to me so sweet.
I'm glad you see how fake is my defeat.
In vain away I shall not fade-
To be a different shadow in a world of shade,
I'll let him in- the Devil I presume,
And all his evil seal in fragile tomb;
And soil shall smother, worms happily consume,
Till wounds of Earth do heal in barren womb.
A place of birth, though scarred by silent stone,
Shall be my grave when sins imposed I do atone.
But as for now, I bid farewell.
I long to spend some time in hell!
We'll meet again, but not just yet-
I ought to join the rotting dead.
