Solome danced like someone who danced before the gods
With hungry eyes they watched her every move
Like ruby red wine the audience drank her seductive moves
But at what cost what price we all pay sooner or later
Like a good daughter she obeyed her mother
It happened so fast
Herod gave his word and with a

Is Ra Ill Question Mark

Salome just loved gingerbread
But Herod misheard what she said
Who wants a dead head
To bounce in their bed?
So she dashed to the John instead

Premium MemberThe Dance of Salome

The Dance of Salome
Herod bellowed out the night's festive orders..
"Bring the torches, bring the tables..
more wine, that we may rejoice,
for tonight we revel in kindred friendship."
Herod strolled onto the terrace, nearly stumbled in
a soldier's spilt blood.

Herod leering said, "Dance for me Salome"
Salome said only, "No Tetrarch"
Herodias said, "I will not

Salome of Chapel Street

Salome of chapel Street
Is weaving her body to a chemical induced beat,
Synapses electrified, imprisoned in a psychological
Loop,
Barefooted With grubby toes she twirls in little
Circles,
Throwing her hands in the air as she tries to bridge
The divide between the land and the sky.
Busy people with busy lives take a glance and
Stroll on by.

Salome

 Beauty of the Maliced-Night

Forlorn I've been for Centuries
My heart beckons for the day
of the thought of You

Glimpsing in my dreams I see you fighting through
The Iron-Gate that held me too
You ordered my death in such a Beauty-Blinding way
How can I refuse?

The dust and sand of the desert's wane
Has left

" Song of Salome "

Off we fly my salohmay...
'Til our wings do fail...
Higher higher into day...
Aloft our golden sail...

Tethered so at lands below...
Far too long as we both know...
Now time walks within our path...
Rather than we in aftermath...

So smile now my lady fine...
Up up we'll dance & spin...
'Round 'round & down the line...
'Tis love we so shall win...

So said
