Peer into the red,
white and blue,
the forsaken rag on a lue,
whose bruises black and blue;
existentially ban the truth.
Hear the speech and it's waves,
defending freedoms none may claim
in a hypocritical world;
where we all shed our tears in plural.
The sons and daughters in their graves,
with their accolades, courage lapels
honor medals lay;
screaming betrayal at the ploy,
sacrifices null and void.
Dragging out the freedom.
Dragging out the freedom.
Dragging out our freedoms and our rights.
Dragging out the freedom.
Dragging out the freedom.
The hypocrites have come to power;
tonight.

The little devil of your creation
Is vindictively seeking retaliation
It's not just a moment of aberration
It's the result of years of desperation
It's the only logical ramification
Of the never-ending humiliation
Of the betrayal that smothered my dedication
Now I see it, you can't hide your trepidation
Your fear of the awaiting excruciation
I'm sorry I couldn't resist the temptation
To see on your face that look of frustration
I bet it exceeded your expectation
But you've always been my inspiration
And then again, I'm just a devil of your creation!
