Her story of life, her ups and her downs,
Her story of “Just getting by”,
Her story of doing all she can do,
Of achieving enough to not die,
Is written with belief from her tender heart,
Belief of what she’ll attain,
Belief of all the things she can achieve,
By doing them over again,
And knowing she has character to stand by her word,
Can forfeit her personal time,
And is creative enough to solve any snags,
And doesn’t resort to a whine,
The story of her, her rockiest road,
The potholed path that she walks,
Is her beautiful life of happy and care,
With her happiest, beautiful thoughts.

It's not just the falsely accused
That suffer
It's the children, the parents
The sister, the brother.
It's not just the horror
Of a person's false claim,
It's the band-wagon jumpers
That blacken your name
It's not just suspicion
That causes your hell
It's the following and hounding
That compounds it as well.
It's not just observing
But making it known
To the local community
Accusations were thrown
I hit rock bottom,
A deep, dark despair
I reached out for someone,
But no-one was there.
Somehow, I got through it
Came out the other side
With all the emotions
Of the rockiest ride.
A time to feel anxious,
A time to cry
A time best forgotten,
Moved on from, passed by

There’s a wildness to a city
that wilderness doesn’t have
In closeness—an isolation
as tenants stalk their paths
The repetition of wanton avarice
pits dog and dog upon dog
The knife edge of the skyscrapers
cutting the residents into cogs
There’s a fierceness to the streets
the rockiest trail can never match
A menace looms inside their shadows
impossible to catch
Hidden death within the gridlock
as nature disappears
A violence calling from within
—only city dwellers hear

Eternal rocks guard the hill,
Guard it from the machine,
Guard it from the tractors tread,
Protecting the beautiful green,
Like the day we needed to spray the hill,
To clear the blackberry bramble,
When we drove the tractor, packed with poison,
Through the rockiest ramble,
You see, we forgot the brakes didn’t work,
And the transmission wasn’t quite right,
We forgot the laws of gravity would win,
Over the tractors might,
When the gears popped out, and the roll began,
Straight to the cliff ahead,
That’s when the boulder grabbed onto the tyre,
And held us there instead,
I think, that day, eternal rocks gave warning,
About who’s the actual boss,
And they are the rocks protecting life on the hill,
The rocks all covered in moss.

High up on the rockiest mountain
A mountain of black stone
Very sharp the flat face
This place has a dark cloud
Floating just over the mountain
It’s the only cloud in the sky
Ominous darkness over the black stone
A mountain of doom it is
It will rain on the harsh land
Treacherous the landscape is
Great and mighty
Especially with the large cloud
All power is spread about here
Not many can climb this mountain
The mighty sheer mountain
Of all slate, coal black stone
The cloud seems to be attached
To the dim mountain
A whole scene of darkness
Very hard to see and visualize
To see the top of the mountain
Maybe no one has really seen the very top
They might not be able to reach it
To feel the mightiness of the mountain
What power is there
What a true feel of dominance
A real deliverance of the soul
Into another realm of life
The black mountain

Lofty oracle did with ceremonious rite fealty ordain
Two eagles soared on fecund mountain terrain
As twin peaks, sipped frothy dew from Venus's fountain
For a fortnight, rapturous clouds danced o'er my satin mane
But euphoric heights could not our platonic bond sustain
Anon, gilded valley below did your wandering eye retrain
Your cresting ego did my cherubic halo disdain
In wanderlust, you sifted greener pastures; drifting swain
Silting the tender lillies with a blighting stain
While from my spent pollen your nimble legs did abstain
As strapping lad, your insatiable mind rippling brooks did drain
Your **** desires drove you to climb the rockiest domain
And with intemperate senses the wildest herbs strain
My domesticated coattails could not stride your brackish train
My sallowing rose did a mildewed ring attain
Yet wilting stalk did in your fluttering shadow remain
Hoping for the cleansing tides of a penitent rain

Yin Yang
We make our own demons,
create our own gods.
Our lives, are a series,
of evens and odds.
In the ebb and flow of the rockiest tide,
Truth is a pearl, We all seek to hide.
Success, just failure turned on its head.
The path to victory, is littered with dread.
Desire and fear, the fraternal twin,
Thoughts control if you lose or you win!
A need, a plan, action and grace,
Shield you from all the arrows you’ll face.
You cannot win, without playing the game.
If nothing is changed, results are the same.
The life you make, is all in your mind,
To have tomorrow,leave yesterday behind.
