Went searching for good enough and discovered it can only come from within myself
So I went back to the future in a DeLorean to try to pinpoint when things began to veer off track so I could alter time to put them back
It took a few trips after realizing I couldn’t quickly flip the script
Started by slowly chipping away to release the image I was trying to portray
Then pivoted to rewiring my circuits to help wrangle my inner circus
The process pivoted me from my head to my heart which granted me a fresh start
But it was only after I made the choice that I was able to hear a new inner voice
It started as a whisper but turned into a roar that I could no longer ignore
To wash over me to say what had been so tough, that I can relax and rest easy now since I am good enough

Space aliens speak a geometric poetry,
crop circles are left,
to enlighten each brain cell.
Soon we may think,
in pictures, patterns, and spirals once more,
employing the mathematics
of immediate insight.
The heart hungers,
brains are secretly rewiring themselves,
into cosmic bridges.
Life begins to express itself,
hieroglyphically.
The aliens have not yet arrived
as us.
we have yet to grow into them,
as all our words
are acknowledged as misspelled symbols,
a primitive speech, too disjoined
for these new times.
So far, a simple pictograph,
of reality,
one any alien could decipher,
remains undiscovered.
Yet we watch and wait,
as revealing holograms,
create new visions for us.

You turned me into a trick candle flame,
when it flickered you lit a spark;
Making me believe again was your aim;
When I needed it you gave me acclaim;
a soft glow in the midst of the stark;
You turned me into a trick candle flame;
Embracing everything that wasn’t tame
never leaving me alone in the dark;
Making me believe again was your aim;
Helped me let go of my twisted mind game,
rewiring me to ignore every remark;
You turned me into a trick candle flame;
Finding the fire I needed to reclaim,
paving the path for me to embark;
Making me believe again was your aim;
In doubt you reminded me of my name,
believed in my enigmatic trademark;
You turned me into a trick candle flame,
making me believe again was your aim.

The manual explains in detail
what steps to take to build back a better life,
I have patched-up parts, and glued together
some bent-bones, there are screws loose
and missing,
some rewiring is required -- I'm not qualified.
My non-physical bits,
float around or zip here and there;
all are hard to grasp.
A broken brain cannot analyze the problem,
too many tools are wrong size specifications,
this has led to an un-wrench-able
mental constipation.
I have complained to Ikea,
have returned all the useless parts of myself,
and the rest of me just sits around rusting.

There is nothing in front of the casket
Just a narrow hallway.
When the bereaved guilt-bearers gather
The maggots fall into his eyes
White worms taint image of skin
Pillbugs block the bullet hole
A joint twitches
The star arise
Once again
Worse than dead with rot within
An aura of botflies around his non person
Shaking bonestruck in its organic necromancic rewiring.
Maggots falling out of the mouthpiece
Now...

Destroy the true North
For all its worth
Destroy the true North
“North misguided worthless”
Lie longer louder deny
On living matters deny
Lie longer louder deny
Deny, lie longer lifeless
Test of patients unforgiven
Tripped the final wire
Test of patients unforgiven
Tripped the final wire taut
Misguided madness rewiring
Lies the pattern controlling
Misguided madness rewiring
Controlled: Reward the lie forever

Humanity has taken a chainsaw to the tree of life
every tear came as a visitor as my eyes they drank
from the well of the moon
Somethings within memory last forever
each thorn was love protecting the rose
twilight of morning dew upon the grass
it's there a deadly silence enters the soul
What good fruit comes from sin
we have to submit to the Holy Spirit
defending justice is a spiritual submission to the truth
To do what's right and just rewiring our minds
guarding it from the true nature of man

I'm fixing my computer
it refuses to boot
I think it needs rewiring
before it will compute
Inside its very dusty
lots of wires and screws
I put it back together
to be greeted with good news
The computer screen lights up
now its ready for work
I make a cup of coffee
and admire my handiwork
It is time to celebrate
this unlikely resurrection
welcome back old friend
you silicon perfection

inactive un-energetic
automatic pilot
approach at change
attampted thoughtless

putting forth a half-ass
lackadaisical effort at

to have been

life within the most

rewiring seems to be an

it has proven to be a life long

We took
a moment.
To ponder
the mind.
Caught in
delusional.
Recesses
of time.
Who
What
Where
When
How
And
Why
Looking to comfort
the insanity of lies.
Rewiring the
memories.
Replayed in
life.

Rape Is
A Disgusting Word
A Formation of Hurt
A Deepness in Bleeding
A Scar of the Insides
A Psychological Torture
A Pain that's Sure
A Moment in Time
A Mind Rewinding
A Sickness Replaying
A Murderous Reveal
A Power Residing
A Sign in Evil Rising
A Sophistication in
A Real Victimization
Healing is
A Refreshing Word
A Reminding of Hurt
A Bandaid on Bleeding
A Rebirth of the Insides
A Dissipating Torture
A Balm that's Sure
A Rewiring of Time
A Lies Rewinding
A Hopeful Replaying
A Life's Seasonal Reveal
A Warrior Residing
A Sign in Battles Rising
A Plot Line in
A Recanting Victimization
Dedicated to my boss Heather.
You've been a true find in my life.

What is this ice I see...
I'm trying to trace my race
through the ages
Refine the whites of my eyes
so you too can feel,
Instruct the dark of my will
to see the whites,
What do these eyes instill...
a wavy discomfort so
my freedom can't kill
A reasoned denial of
pacy impatience
A duly paid debt of life
I haven't lived,
What is this trial I cede...
I'm seeking to drive a taut
rewiring
of shifting sands,
Recline serenely in shifty chairs
as progeny
screams peace,
What is this due I'm owed...
a simple cry of contrition
and dutiful restrain,
What in ice repeats
is
the bouncing recurrence of virtue
atop a twisted treat
