out of sheer laziness
put forth an
inactive un-energetic
automatic pilot
approach at change
attampted thoughtless
activities involving little or no
for thought what so ever
putting forth a half-ass
lackadaisical effort at
rewiring negative self-talk
patterns of thought that exists
